If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. And ya'll, I NEVER write reviews. Even if it's a bad experience. But I couldn't not write one for this horrific experience. I am literally shocked their rating is a 4.7... I doubt I have enough room to dive into all the details, but I'll try. The worst experience I've ever encountered in my 20 years of adult life seeing a Doctor. Who by the way attended school for a very long time and took an oath to provide care to their patients. It's a walk in clinic AND an appt clinic. I got there when they opened at 8am hoping I'd get lucky. No one was in the waiting room. They wouldn't see me because the 8am patient was "on the way." Said patient arrives at 8:19am, they turn her away. Meanwhile I'm still sitting there. And they couldn't take 15 minutes to see me? They even have a sign saying if you're 5 minutes late, you have to reschedule... Has anyone else ever seen that at a DOCTOR's office? I sure haven't. It's expected that you have to wait, right? Not to mention it's URGENT care. And a Primary Care clinic. I had an appt later in the afternoon booked already, so I went at that scheduled time. Again, no one was there waiting. I waited 20 minutes to be seen. The Doctor refused to give me the appropriate medication (I know I'm not a doctor, but I've had about 100 sinus infections in my 36 year and I tried all the normal things (that she even recommended) for 5 days prior to coming into the office. I know my body. Clearly, I'm pissed. But I am truly just appalled at the lack of customer service. Or just the lack of care a provider should be provide since isn't that why they became a doctor? I even overheard the nurse bitching to someone else about how "ppl need to just make an appt, we ain't got time." I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE, AND SHE TOLD ME THERE WERE NO APPOINTMENTS AFTER ME. Like what? They close at 8pm. It was 4pm at the time. DO NOT GO HERE if you know what's good for you.
I really like this facility. It is modern, clean and vibrant. Dr. Daniels was amazing! She listened, probed, offered suggestions and made me feel comfortable. The front desk staff was professional and kind.

Very nice office and the staff are very kind and friendly. Parking is minimal. They take care of you quickly and efficiently, there are no long waits.
Highly recommend this primary care center and Dr. Daniels as your provider. Dr. Daniels is exceptionally personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. She takes the time to answer all your questions and proactively clarifies any billing details before your visit to help you avoid unexpected charges. Her professionalism and care are truly outstanding. The staff are also friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming environment while keeping appointments moving. I couldn’t recommend this primary care team more for your annual checkups and immunizations--the only problem is that you may want to visit more than just once a year! Thank you for all that you do.
This is the best experience I have ever had at a doctors office. The staff was so nice, patience, compassionate and very helpful and knowledgeable. I love it there!
I’ve been going here for over a year and have always had a great experience. Dr. Daniels is compassionate and professional. I’ve never felt awkward to ask any type of medical questions and she genuinely listens and cares for any concerns I may have. The nursing staff is friendly and efficient, so I never end up waiting long for my appointment. They’re also within walking distance of my place, so I love that they nestled right into the community.
I highly recommend Dr. Daniel’s. Since moving to the area I needed to find a new PCP and I’m happy I found her. She is very personable and knowledgeable.
Very unprofessional. First I got here and there was no parking. I had to search for a parking space on the side of the road. The neighborhood was very sketchy. I waited an hour on the provider with no updates. The receptionist was new and didn’t really know how to use the software.They sent me a million reminders only for the provider to be late. Not going to add her name but this place was very unprofessional. Then there was a very rude employee in black scrubs who said he didn’t care about my wait which prompted this review. Save yourself sometime and go to piedmont
I truly felt seen and heard by Dr. Rachael Daniels. I’d been looking for a new PCP and I’m happy to report that this will be who I choose for my health needs.
