Visits rarely take long and you are promptly seen after your appointment time. Staff is friendly as well, would definitely recommend.
While I did have to come back the care I received was wonderful. Dr Nya was great and even followed up with me after my visit.
I liked the nice waiting area, the friendly receptionists, the nurse was inexperienced with taking my blood pressure, but she was really sweet. The nurse practitioner, Lily was very sweet and gentle with taking care of my wound. I told her I can NOT take a harsh chemical based antibiotic because I have diverticulitis, but she prescribed one anyway. I WILL NOT DESTROY MY DIGESTIVE SYSTEM CAUSING MORE DAMAGE, SO SHE CAN GET HER COMMISSION OFF MY PURCHASE OF CEPHALEXIN!!!!! She could have prescribed something holistic to help my wound get well. Two stars was generous!!!

They don’t pick up the phone. Impossible to get your medical records through medically which is the service they use. Now being told I have to physically go up there. I had to pay for labs twice do to this. Hassle. Do not recommend.
UPDATE: now they are scheduling appointments for me randomly without my permission!!! I can’t even get anyone to answer the phone to cancel or explain what is going on. Guess this is how the steal more of your money when you don’t show up for an appointment you didn’t schedule! RUN AWAY from this thieving business! UPDATE: no calls back regarding the massive overcharge. Love that they put a response on her but did nothing to get in contact and address the issue. I saw Ms. Collins. AVOID at all costs. All I needed was a letter stating what my diagnoses are for vocational rehab and she refused to do it. She treats my asthma yet told me to see a pulmonologist to document my asthma diagnosis!! She tells me I need to see and eye doctor to document the strabismus I have had since birth which is readily visible on exam. I can’t do that. I can’t afford it and it is not needed. She is my PCP and this is her job. She is REFUSING to DO HER JOB! Verified my copay with my insurance company and TWO members of staff only to be billed for WAY OVER what we discussed three weeks later. They then couldn’t help me when I called. They claimed they don’t have a way to tell me a copay before I attend the visit. This is against the law.
It is a shame to give a 1-star rating when Dr. Daniels and NP Nya Burnton are actually quite good, but the administrative staff and the front desk are so terrible that they have ruined the entire experience. Two major issues that everyone should be aware of: 1) Administrative Failure & Rudeness: My wife and I have been trying for days to get her birth control prescription processed. The insurance company explicitly stated they are missing information from the provider, but the front desk provides zero support in resolving this. They are incredibly rude; during my last call, the representative literally put me on hold while I was still speaking and then hung up the phone. 2) Issues with Lab Procedures: During a blood draw, the staff member chose to ignore my suggestion regarding which vein I usually use for successful donations. Unfortunately, they were unable to get it on the first try and "blew" the vein. After an unsuccessful attempt on my other arm, a more experienced and professional staff member finally stepped in. She used the exact spot I had originally suggested and completed the draw without any further issues. - Conclusion: The lack of professionalism and basic customer service from the front desk is unacceptable. Until they overhaul their staff and front-of-house operations, AVOID this place.
I was pleasantly surprised how great the team was. I would highly recommend all care and I loved my nurse practitioner.
All I can say is finally able to give a 5 star for an all black/ mix staff of professional women! Thank you Dr. Daniels ! Big Thanks to the P.A and the Front desk woman. All ladies working the evening 6/5/25! Spectacular Customer Service! I will be back! Side joke: 131/81 9:01pm -6-5-25… better than your take at 6:45pm. Pinky promise to take all medicine… Amazing Staff! See y’all on July 1st
