The people that work here are very nice so this review relates to the company overall. They say walk ins welcome - but I have been there twice and they say no walk ins today - so definitely schedule an appointment. They have left my bloodwork out in the past, so I had to go back and get it done again (and got charged twice by the lab for it). They are close to me, and I have had good experiences, so I keep trying them but I hit the last straw today. My child was sick and I went to the website where it said pediatrics - 1+. When I get to the appointment they say they don’t serve kids. When I ask about what their website says - they said it’s what they are trained for but they don’t have the equipment. They knew his age when I booked and no one reached out to me. I lost a day of treatment for him waiting for his appointment.
Kenyatta was the most pleasant provider I’ve probably ever seen in my life. She was so kind, not rushed at all even though I was the last appointment of the day, encouraged me to talk about everything, and listened so well!! She was complimentary, understanding, and super relatable! I loved my first appointment with her!
I arrived for my 4:00 appointment at 4:11. I called before then and spoke to a call representative letting her know i was running a few minutes late. She said that's fine, you have a 15 minute grace period anyways, but I'll put it in the system. When I arrived I was checked in and was asked to take a seat. 5 minutes later I was called back to the front desk and was told I need to reschedule because they are heading home for the day. If you didn't have time to see me, then why not let me know in advance before I showed up? Why even check me in and ask me to take a seat? That was very unprofessional.
I seen FNP Kenyatta Collins and she was absolutely amazing. She ensured all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Her bedside manners are exemplary! I was very comfortable the entire visit. I’d recommend her to my closest friends and family. She’s nothing short of professional. The supporting staff was also great!
I actually had a great experience at this location. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Daniels and her nurse/assistant(?) was very nice! I went for a physical and got my bloodwork done and I was in and out in an hour. Definitely recommend
This location on Allcare is not compared to my other experiences at other locations. The ppl I’ve talk to on the phone and the desk person are rude, they do not help you set up appointments, they keep says nothing is available and to do not try to accommodate you at all! I would not recommend, my experience with them has been tiring, rude, helpless, and waste of time!
I’m a new patient at AllCare Primary & Immediate Care. I was pleased from the time I arrived to the very end of my appointment. Dr. Kenyatta Collins is amazing. She’s very informative. Provide health and safe options regarding to your needs. I wasn’t afraid to ask questions on how to proceeded with my healthy journey. She’s was extremely comfortable and supportive to talk to. She’s very knowledgeable, and helps patients with the best care for their health.
Had such a great experience here the last few times I’ve come. Their team of nurses and doctors are so kind, reliable and responsive. Scheduling is super easy and appointment times are always kept no need to wait too long in their waiting room like other offices I’ve been to. Overall great experience and highly recommended.
When it comes to finding the right healthcare provider, we deserve to feel safe, heard, and cared for. I was recently there a couple days ago and my experience with the staff at this location was awful! I overheard the nurse with the short locs talking about me to Dr. Daniels after I stated I was in pain and asked to switch arms for my blood pressure check, which was unprofessional! So I addressed the situation right then and there, and in return she tried to lie and say she was speaking about someone else mind you NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE! Dr. Daniels came in and apologized stating it was wrong and that she would speak to that nurse but I highly doubt that because if said nurse was comfortable speaking about a patient 5 feet away then this is definitely NOT the first time. Finding a healthcare provider where I feel comfortable, respected, and supported is important in my overall health and wellbeing and this place ISN'T IT!
Updated 12/25 — Dr. Daniels is also excellent. She’s patient and warm and incredibly knowledgeable. I am so grateful to have found her! And it’s easy to get in on short notice. Earlier review (2023) — Dr. So is great. I saw she had excellent reviews online, and I can attest that they’re well deserved! She did an excellent job of listening to my concerns and asking followup questions. Very warm and approachable.
