Rude, unhelpful staff. Dismissive of valid issues and concerns. I have been a long time shopper at that his location (both in-person and online). This year, the service has gone down the drain, especially with grocery deliveries. I’ve had several orders delayed or go missing. The store does little to resolve customer issues. Some staff attempt to provide help. Other staff are dismissive, rude, condescending, and combative. Impossible to get ahold of help. You will be bounced around phone line to phone line. You will be transferred or put on hold without warning. You’ll be stuck listening to the phone ring for 5 minutes+. FYI: if you order groceries for delivery, I was told that you shouldn’t order in the afternoon and evening because no one would be able to help you. ACME’S OWN APP ALLOWS FOR ORDER AND DELIVERIES DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. I shouldn’t order groceries at 6:30pm and be told it is my fault for delivery between 8:00-9:00pm, when that was the earliest delivery window. If the store cannot complete orders within their own posted and available hours, ACME should not offer those times.

I will never go back to that place because I went shopping and I don't understand how Acme and the other businesses allow Metropolis Parking to give me a ticket because I was only there for less than 10 minutes and when I got to my car I got a fine of $114.50 because I didn't pay for the parking, which costs $60. This is unfair and the owner of that establishment is clearly a scammer. I will never go back to that place.

My Instacart driver got an item wrong in my order so I went in to return it 30 min later for the correct item the very rude lady behind the customer service counter didn’t even let me finish my sentence before she told me I wasn’t able to return it and even after I explained the situation. The item was unopened and brand new. After checking acmes return policy what she told me was very wrong and she was very very dismissive and disgustingly rude and it’s not the first time I’ve hear people say how rude this lady is i never believed it until I experienced it first hand. She needs to learn some customer service skills.

So apparently ACME has decided we’re all thieves until proven innocent — can’t even leave self-checkout unless you scan your receipt at the gate like you’re sneaking out of a prison commissary. Every week it’s some new corporate “anti-theft” measure that just makes shopping worse for paying customers. They’re so busy treating us like suspects that they forget we’re the ones keeping them in business. I’d rather shop where I don’t feel policed at every step, guess I’ll be heading to Amazon Fresh from now on. At least they pretend to trust their customers. Keep it up, ACME, pretty soon there won’t be any shoppers left to harass.

by far one of the worst grocery stores around. the store is dirty, none of the checkout lanes are open, they have no baskets, the prices are high, and they even have half the stupid self checkouts closed all the time so your waiting in a long line just to check yourself out. finally they have set the place up like fort knox i guess to stop shoplifting but in reality forget something in your car? walk around the entire store to exit. terrible grocery store

This used to be a good grocery store. Now you can barely enter if you don’t have a car, (stairs were always hard to find, now they’re under construction), you can’t leave the store without help at self check out (you’re locked in unless you scan a receipt, which would be fine if there were always receipt paper, and if the scanner worked consistently, but alas), you can’t use a normal register because they’re not staffed. Genuinely bummed about the trajectory of this acme. Not the staffs fault, seems like all these changes are structural/management

I was $0.15 short for my purchase ( 2 cans of cat food). When I asked the employee at the self checkout to take 1 can off, he was kind enough to give me the $0.15!!! He definitely didnt have to do this, i wish I got his name, he definitely deserves some recognition. He was working by at self checkout at 8:52 AM, I have worked for a competing grocery store for almost 20 years, so i know a good bit about customer service. I definitely take my hat off to this young man! I thanks you and my cat thanks you!!!

Most of the employees are upset to be working and no interest in being helpful. Rarely more than one check out open, just lines if people with all cart sizes waiting to use self check out which they usually have half of them blocked off anyway. New pay to park to go to the grocery store if awful too. Much better grocery options in the area, this acme is well below normal acme standards
