This particular Acme is always clean and organized. They have a wide selection of wine and beer and a seating area with bar stools and tables
Went there whilse vacationing and almost missed it. Nice clean place. Had to track someone down to unlock the restrooms 🚻 and no exit signs for a first timer? Thank goodness I didn't drive off the roof of the complex. I took a chance the way I came in
Customer service is a joke. Be prepared to wait and to persuade them to help you and do not expect to be treated like a customer. The three employees that I encountered treated me like if I was asking them for a personal favor. All I wanted is to rent a RugDoctor which was finally rented to me only after I said that I felt discriminated. The Manager on duty who approached me, was like, I cannot do anything because the boss is a lady they contacted by phone.
Love Acme on 2nd street. Clean, friendly, and great service.
Very clean but 1 lane open to check out
This acme deserves a five star rating, but that rating has to come from someone with a motor vehicle. Otherwise it gets a four star rating do to its access problem. It's on second floor of the building and the easiest way is to drive up. Then there's elevators, but out of two one is pretty much always down (in need of maintenance). Besides that, it's a fantastic acme and the staff is fairly good.

They were out of alot and very expensive but the checkout lady was super nice
I went in acme to buy a product which I wanted I didn’t find it so I decided to leave as I was getting late for my job. While leaving I noticed that acme has installed new gates to cross those gates and leave the store we have to scan a purchase receipt so the door opens. In my case I didn’t purchase anything so I was not able to cross the gate unless somebody comes and open it for me it’s weird to see such rules. A lady near that gate informed me that I have have a purchase receipt next time want to come out of the store. Hmm can someone explain me about this new acme rule.
Generally understaffed. Usually have to do self checkout bc there are no formal check out people. Freshness of produce is lacking. I have mistakenly bought cold items that should not still be stocked based on expiration date. In my mind it's a get-you-by but not a first choice for food shopping.
