Was here twice. Wide variety of products and produce. Reasonably priced. Only one cashier on both visit which made for a long wait time to leave the store and frozen items were melting. We had too much to do self checkout.
Huge selection to offer, clean, prices are fair for the area ... just careful where you park it can be either free for pay so lookout
Acme is clean and tidy. Their roast chicken and croissants are store-made ready, which is very delicious. But the only drawback is they don't have USDA choice steaks. It upset me that I had to go to another store to buy USDA Choices steak. Acme, why don't you have USDA Choice steak anymore? Not from the butcher place next to it, but from the station where you buy steak there is no USDA choice of steak.
Went 2 weeks ago, smelled like death in the produce section. Got some beef and it turned out to have spoiled even though it was before the expiration date. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a bad day. Went back today though, the smell was just as bad if not worse. Turned around and walked right out.
It has become a regular practice in the parking lot that unauthorized cars are always parked in the handicap spots. It causes a lot of discomfort and inconvenience to people with disability and handicap permitd. ACME staffnand management do not care despite regular complaints
This past Saturday, I was hosting a baby shower. I had pre-ordered couple of sandwich trays, veggie tray and a fruit tray I had called a couple hours early just to see if my order was ready And if it was go ahead and pick it up, just to get a Head start . Well you have to call a customer service line about your order not the store it’s self. The customer service rep was not helpful and rude she said that she could not find the order I placed that Thursday prior. I had the email confirmation and she still couldn’t find it. I ended up going to the store speaking with Marge in the deli. I Showed her my email confirmation. She confirmed they did not receive my order. The real stress began. But Marge, Astrid and Andrea all stepped up honored my Email confirmation said they would take care of it. I came back at my scheduled pick up time and they had all the sandwiches, Veggie and fruit trays ready for me. I can’t thank them enough that they made it possible for me to be able to serve the food at the baby shower and take a lot of stress off me. You Just don’t see customer service like this anymore. The Baby shower was a success and thank you guys so much! This will be my now go to store.
I purchased a box of krispy dreams at this ACME, which were defective. Krispy dreams gave me a voucher in which the ACME refuse to honor it.
Awesome. The store is clean, the workers are nice, the selection is never out of stock, and the checkout is fast and easy. 4 stars
There is no way the smell coming from the produce section is anything less than a dead body marinating in raw sewage. People are using their shirts as masks shopping for vegetables in a cloud of literal waste. The most putrid of smells I can possibly imagine and it has been this way for over a week.
This place has no integrity. My order was not delivered, but the App showed delivered. I contact the store spoke with Genesis who was not able to refund my order. The manager was not on site to help me. So Genesis took my order# name and phone number to pass to the manager when she arrives 2moro @9AM. This is my last time doing business with this store.
