*sigh* I tried and tried multiple times to “just let it go” as I don’t like to be “one of those people” leaving reviews online, specially in a grocery store. Unfortunately, I feel like I need to share how uncomfortable my experience has been there the last few times I’ve done grocery shopping there. Usually go early morning to avoid large crowds, and just get a few things here and there. Lately, I have been feeling extremely uncomfortable with the interactions I have at the self-checkout (the registers were closed) every single time, the employees (all ages all genders) have been extremely rude, passive agressive and vigilant for all the movements we do. From approaching to you when you want to pay with two different cards, to call you out when you put the produce number. They call you out for that, if the barcode is not working, they also call you out for that. You never win. I understand some companies rules, and that there are people that steal. However, I don’t think it’s fair to make people leave with a bad taste in their mouth every time they want to get some groceries. I really hope this will be taken care of shortly.

An absolute joke of a business. You’d think with their overpriced groceries they’d have money to fix the stairs to get in, but those have been “under repair” for 3+ weeks with no progress. They’re lucky they’re literally the only large grocery store in the area - I don’t think anyone in their right mind would come here otherwise. I sincerely hope they go out of business and are replaced with literally any other grocery store.

Great location but the guy working the seafood counter in the pm clearly hates his job and interacting with him is so miserable it makes me want to shop elsewhere

The only reason I give this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff here is great even though they are clearly overworked and most likely underpaid. It’s always super understaffed, maybe one or two cashiers and only one manager working customer service. Always a huge line and god forbid she has to take a break or help someone, I always feel so bad for them. There’s no one ever on the floor if you need help. The prices are crazy. If I’m gonna shop at grocery store that is more expensive than Whole Foods without the same quality, I at least expect it to be staffed correctly so I can be in and out without waiting forever to get answers on basic things. Acme, do better. Stop taxing us crazy prices and not hiring humans.

Well stocked, clean ACME with very few items in grocery jail! Self checkout is easy, parking is chill. Can't ask for much more. EDIT: apparently now you have to pay for parking???? Crazy and seems totally unnecessary given the number of open spaces on the top lot.

The choices are abundant and inventory is good most of the time. Outdates are common among refrigerated items. Excellent variety of frozen food choices. Access into and exiting out of this location is NOT normal. All "fresh" bakery products are terrible. Try the frozen products only.

Under stocked, dirty, no registers open, employees can’t be bothered to answer any questions.

Every time I walk in this store I get followed by security if not them then a worker. I go 3xs a week. Never stole a thing and spend at least $400 a month there, well not anymore. Lost my biz. And been going since they opened but Im done.
