I was very impressed on how they handled there business and kept me up to date and explained everything. My only problem was the installers was 12 hours late getting here to install.

The sales process and installation was fantastic. No issues at all. However, that's when the positives ended. I've had my panels installed and functional for over 3 weeks, now, but I still have no way of monitoring them. I've reached out several times- got responses for the first few times. Then they just vanished. Don't respond to emails. Don't respond to texts. While I ASSUME they are, I have no way to tell if my panels are working, and no way to monitor the power generation. While I was super happy with this company to begin with, now I'm super frustrated and disappointed. UPDATE to review: The company did reach out to me and explained the situation on their side about why this happened, and did eventually resolve the monitoring problem. They were very apologetic about the after-install service I received. Updated from 2 stars to 4. UPDATE: Solar array no longer works. Can't get anyone to answer a phone call. So now I have a $60,000 solar array doing nothing on my roof. Horrible service.

I have had my system for over a year. Currently my solar panels are off-line. I have reached out several times last week to this week on how to get this problem fixed. I get a response text that he is on the phone & will call me back. I have yet received a call back. My husband & I pay for these & would like a call back.

Well, I was happy with my decision, originally, because of the fact that I wanted solar panel energy to help cut my electric bill costs and hopefully save myself some money, being a 100% disabled Veteran. But, unfortunately, it hasn't saved me any money in that I have a definite $120+ note a month that will go up to $171+ a month, after 18 months, if I'm not able to pay anything extra between the beginning and the final ending of the 18 months. My even bigger problem that has arisen because of whoever 816 Solar Pro hired to install the panels on my roof is that I now have a severe leak in my roof!!! A roof that's not even six years old yet! And, now that it's caused an over two foot water stain in my master bedroom, making me aware that there's a leak from them having installed my solar panels, of course, 816 Solar Pro can't be reached, so that they can FIX the problem THEY caused! And I don't have the money or ability to fix it, so now I'm concerned that soon I won't have a roof over my head anymore because they didn't seal the entry points where they secured the solar panels on my roof properly, if at all! I don't recommend 816 Solar Pro to ANYONE, at all, therefore!

Great experience with Solar Pro installing my solar panels. Throughout the entire process, they maintained communication and answered any questions I had regarding equipment, process, cost, and adding onto the system for future needs. I really appreciate that they are local should any issues arise.

We had a good experience with 816SolarPro. The installers were skilled, friendly and quick to respond to texts. We encountered some delays due to really cold weather, but the job got done!

The installation of the system was really fast and efficient. All of the workers were very communicative and polite. The only issue was that when I was talking to the salesperson, I asked that they be no conduit showing on the outside of the roof and was told that wouldn't be a problem. Then after the installers left, I went outside and seen there was exposed conduit on the roof. I attempted to contact the salesperson by leaving a voice mail and sent a text but never received a call or text back. So now I have to get on the roof and paint the conduit, so it doesn't look so tacky. The saving on the system is decent, however the cost of the rental for the system and then the actual electric bill right now is the same as though I didn't have the system. We will see what it looks like in the actual summer months.

If you've ever been on the fence about solar, give this company a call. I've used them to put solar on 2 houses and both times it was a great experience. At every stage, from figuring out financing, setting up installation, getting the panels put on the house, the employees were all very nice and helpful. The panels look nice on the house and there was no mess left behind after installation. I was overall very impressed with how easy the whole process was. My expectations have always been met and I have zero complaints!

They rushed to get panels set up on my house. Two months later and project still isn't completed. Techs no longer respond and no communication or time frame. Have dead weight and useless panels on my house with zero benefits. Do not use this company, I have lost confidence in their ability to complete projects. Hopefully they can remove the panels and repair whatever damage they caused to my roof installing them and the wall they cut to install an electrical box they never installed either.
