I contacted 816 Solar Pro the beginning of June to let them know that our solar panels weren't working. They sent out 2 technicians to fix the solar panels. Our solar panels worked for maybe an hour after they left. One of the technicians said that I should be receiving a box in the mail to fix the solar panels permanently and when I receive the box to give them a call. I never received the box. I have been calling and calling the company to try to get someone to come out and fix the solar panels because they are still not working and noone is calling me back. Now we are stuck with 15 solar panels thay do not work and a $39,000 loan!
The best company in the Midwest! Always strive for excellence and perfection with each customer and top notch installs! I advise everyone to chose 816 Solar pro!

My wife and I don’t have any family or friends that have solar panels so we had to do a lot of research on our own. 816Solarpro has been a great partner to inform us, get us set up, and get us up and running to generate and provide solar power to the grid. We had a recent setback when squirrels made our solar panels their home and basically took them off-line when they ate the hardware. 816Solarpro worked with us to get rid of the squirrels and get us back online. Now, again generating lots of solar power and an electric bill that’s almost non-existent, we happily recommend 816Solarpro to anyone considering taking the leap to go “solar”.
