816Solar have a fantastic team of helpful professionals who make the whole process is so worthwhile any easy. They take care of everything to make the installation and system up and running. They kept me up to date all all phases. I have great confidence in their team and always easy to get questions answered.
Just got up and running today, the speed of the process from first sales person to completed install was really great. The reason they always got back to us in a timely manner. That's the way to keep customers.
The design and installation of my system was excellent. Once my system was installed; however, my satisfaction with the company has continued to decline. They are not responsive to requests and very slow in addressing my issues.

We had our system installed in June 2023. We have had nothing but problems with them. We can not monitor to even show they were working. My electric bill has not changed at all to even show they were working. My communication with company has not been pleasant. They seem not to listen to my concern or even care. I would not recommend this company at all.
Iv had solar panels on my house since early February and they still have yet to be functional. They were installed before the permit was obtained to do the construction. They used what looks like 8 inch screws to bolt everything down. They are visible under my awnings. I call and get no one. They call back we play phone tag. Slow to reply to text if ever. I finally seem to have everything hooked up and ready but I have no idea if it can be turned on. So I have 30k of solar panels attached to my house and they are useles. They promise to figure it out and get back to me but don't. This place is sketchy don't use them.
If I could do it all over I would turn around and run. This company has been the worst ever since the word sold. Excessive wait time for installation with ZERO communication! I tried to reach out to the owner to find out what is going on. I only saw him the day they randomly showed up with all the materials and that was the last time I've seen him! Been having trouble with the system since it was installed waited over 6 months for the generator to be put in and is still not complete, my yard is still torn up and I can't get anybody to answer the phone. We've been ignored and the system was down for almost a month. So we're having to pay the solar Bill AND an electric bill at the same time. Do your research and find a better company or you'll be writing your own bad review over a year later!
Panels installed today. The crew was professional and communicated well with me. They didn’t even agitate my dog, so they’re obviously good people. Everything looks good. 4 stars for now, I will update the review after final inspections when I can fully switch on my panels.
