Good beer, great pretzel and comfortable seating. Will definitely be back for a longer visit. Had been to their previous location a number of years ago and while that was cozy and nice this is much bigger and brighter. Long tables for a great Oktoberfest vibe and great beer. Will try more of the food on the next visit and have a few more beers to try as well! Family friendly and plenty of options for non-drinkers. Exceptional Root Beer!
My wife & I went here with our family. We have been to Yards before. One of our favorite breweries. It was so nice sitting and seeing all the kettles, etc. where the beer is brewed. The service was outstanding! Our servers, Carter, Courtney & Joe couldn’t have been better. They were so friendly & professional. They all kept checking if we needed anything else. They were very knowledgeable about the beers also. There always seems to be a beer that everyone loves here. We are always impressed how clean the whole place is (even the bathrooms). Big open spaces with plenty of seating. My only complaint….I wish they would bring back our favorite beer here (Spruce Ale). Couldn’t get enough of that one when it was around. Keep up the great work with Atmosphere, beers, food and the excellent staff.
Didn’t come for the food, just wanted some drinks. Very nice venue and the food looks great. Bartenders were very friendly! Cool little event room off to the side for parties. Coolers up front for beer takeaway. Lots of cool merch. Great experience! I just got their names… Jacob and Valerie were great!!! Made sure I tried all their best beers and that I left happy!
Food was really good. The cheese steak rolls and Caesar salad were the best. Drinks were good as well.
My "go-to" bar/restaurant when I'm in town for a Phillies game! Such good beer! Make sure you try the Love Stiut, you wont regret it! The outside dining along Spring Garden street is just plain mesmerizing. I can't say enough good things about it!!!!
I went to a private event upstairs for a company I work for and the buffet was a nightmare. Cheeseburgers looked like someone cooked them in their backyard and the only topping was a bowl of ketchup. I was pretty shocked by how low quality everything was and didn't eat anything while I was there.
Nice tour of the brewery with relatively generous free samples. Great beer by the bar too but it does get crowded on weekends. Update June 2018: went to new location; service, beer still awesome but location and ambiance are much better.
Fantastic I must say I would drive here from Reading for the food. Buffalo Dip was so good.. Best ever i had ♡ Cheesecake. Omg to die for Sorry Cheesecake was so good I forgot to take pic
Mike Hans is the absolute best tour guide I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Funny, smart, and an all around great guy. Go visit and meet Mike Hans! He’s simply the best! The food and beer were good too.
Solid beer selection and great food. I come here several times a month and it never disappoints. Staff is superb. Must stop here and have a cold one.
