Yards Brewing Company

Came in around 1 PM on a Friday, greeted right away with a smile and given menus. Bar was full but didn’t feel crowded, and there were plenty of tables open. Started with the Brawler smooth, easy English mild. Wings were solid, and the two guys behind the bar were friendly and on point. Finished with the High Dive pilsner it’s light, crisp, and refreshing. I’d definitely come back.

I've passed by Yard Brewing hundreds of times over the past few years and have even gone with my friends to hang but never in a million years did I expect Yards to be a dynamite wedding venue. It seems that the people who choose this venue for their weddings seem to want to do something a bit smaller & offbeat. I was completely impressed with the level of service this couple received. The first thing that stood out was the guest experience when they walk in -- a sample of beer and some bar mix as they find their seat for the ceremony. The set up is simple and there's no change of location but their set up is totally not chaotic when it comes to flipping the room. Literally all they needed to do was turn their chairs around! After the couple got married they were led downstairs and into their back room to enjoy some beers and food by themselves as they share their first married moments together. It warmed my heart when they walked through the main restaurant and got a round of applause of the restaurants guests! The rest of the night was SO chill. Once the lights go down the venue truly sparkles with all the lights they have hanging and it was fun from a photography perspective being able to create these images. I can only imagine how much more fun the night got with the bar being right downstairs and probably a perfect place to hang out with your guests after the main event. The location of Yards within the city is extremely easy to navigate and close to highways. It's totally not overwhelming like center-center city is if you have guests coming from out of town. Overall, totally looking forward to coming back this year! Definitely check out Yards if you're looking for an offbeat wedding venue in Philly!

The outside sign and rating had me pretty excited to check this place out but the beers and inside atmosphere were not quite as good as it was expecting. They were still good but just not as good as it was expecting. Some of the highlights were the great staff who were super helpful and friendly. The selection was sizable and the value was pretty decent. The inside was huge ceilings with tones of tables close together with games playing on TVs all around. I know philly is a big sports city but it's not usually my thing. After a few samples we went with the hazies which were pretty decent. They were fresh and light but not actually super hazy.

We have been here 4x times in a span of week, that's how good is this spot! Food is amazing, definitely give a try to smash burger, wings and taco Tuesday. Beers and other drinks are delicious as well.

Excellent food, drink, and services. Lots of fun with your friends even solo you gonna love their atmosphere and spirit. I had a grádate B day Brunch my self.

I've been wanting to visit Yards for years, and I finally did and it did not disappoint. The space was enormous and the service was outstanding. The beer selection was vast, there was something for everyone. The best part is their "pints" are 20 oz instead of 16. What's not to love about that? The food was ok, but it's a brewery, who's really coming for the food? All in all, Yards is an awesome brewery and I will definitely return when I'm back in the area.

Just visited on Saturday. Staff was great. Very attentive even though it was busy. Drinks and food were awesome. Good beer selections. If im ever in the area again ill be returning.

Street parking only. Huge indoor seating with lots of patio seating. Numerous beers are on tap. Servers were all friendly and helpful I came here when the last call was called out. I had a flight of their beers and loved their porter the most. I'll be back soon to try some more. GO BIRDS!

Great, great brewery tour. Our guide was informative and funny. Tons of information if you love learning about the brewing process. Highly recommend a 1:30 tour as tou will end around the time happy hour begins. Great apps and beer specials. I would highly recommend a visit. Parking is available for free by Target that is adjacent to the building. Interesting fact, the share solar panels to make production more sustainable.

We visited the Yards Brewery for lunch and a brewery tour and were not disappointed. We are already familiar with many of their beers, but the brewery had some on tap were never tried before. All beers were great! We started with a soft pretzel which I must say, was amazing. Best pretzel I have ever eaten. The beer cheese was fabulous and the mustard was homemade with a touch of horseradish that gave it a wonderful bite. I enjoyed a Schwarburger next which was fantastic. The tour was great too. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. This is a great brewery and a lot of fun. I recommend it to any beer lover.
