Venture logistic trucks Re using county road 600 w. In Huntington County indiana from st. Rd. 218 to 800 s. To st. Rd 9. NO TRUCKS ALLOWED.
I ran two loads for Venture in April of 2023, and I have not been paid yet, I am a small one truck, trailer operation. I have been trying to reach the accounting to see when will I get paid, but no luck, so that is why I am reaching out here, I really need to get paid to stay afloat. Please advise
One of their truck drivers nearly ran into me on the highway, starting to merge into my lane with no indication and while they were right along side me. I-84 W at around 11 am near Middlebury CT. Trailer number DD22006 license plate P962968. I'm glad nothing awful happened as I'm sure my young child who was in the car with me and I would have suffered much more than they would have. I reached out to the website directly to lodge a complaint, but looking at their responses here being copy and pasted, it's clear that they don't actually care about these issues.

I was told be at location 8am my appointment was at 11am originally ,but guy in office told me he would get to me until 1 pm. He was in the office all this time maybe doing other work just be prepare to be here 5 hours or a while hopefully not. Left location at 2:35pm

This review is based purely on the Professionalism and travel saftey of this Companies Commercial Operators. I was just about side swipped by an Individual driving one of their Company Vehicles. Cut from the slow lane. Into the fast lane at 60 miles an hour while the fast lane is reserved for vehicles travelling at a minimum of 70 miles an hour. This man doesn't belong in the driver seat of a semi. Removed him. . This incident happened at 340-355pm on June 1st 2021 passing through piqua Ohio on i75 south. I cannot in good faith merit a company who doesn't monitor it's drivers more strictly.
Forklift guy is the worst he was setting down on my trailer couple hours
Dealt with 2 separate Logistics Coordinators, Abbey C and Joey L, on 2 different loads. Both loads ended up with detention. I had to stay on Joey but he requested it for us. Abbey is very unresponsive to emails. I even spoke to her and sent her the info she needed so she'd facilitate our request but nothing. I emailed others regarding the status of detention pay and nothing. Our driver waited almost 8 hours to be loaded so 1) we deserve it and 2) it's the principle of the matter. They didn't follow thru on the promises they make contractually. Very disappointing to say the least.
