I just need to express my gratitude to this Great Company , that we are glad doing business with. very professional, experienced people that work there, I have great luck to work with Stephanie L. I am extremely concerned about a serious safety incident that occurred today on Highway 24 West in Tennessee at 7:20 on June 5, 2026 . One of your drivers nearly forced my family and me off the road due to unsafe driving behavior. I immediately contacted your Safety Department to report the incident. However, I was informed that the truck and trailer numbers I provided did not match their records. I understand that Venture operates under multiple divisions, including Venture Transport, Venture Express, and Venture Logistics, but this does not diminish the seriousness of what occurred. The driver’s actions demonstrated a complete disregard for the safety of other motorists. Operating a commercial vehicle requires a high level of responsibility, and this type of behavior creates a significant risk to the public. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated thoroughly. Drivers who operate in such an unsafe manner should be held accountable to help prevent a potentially tragic accident in the future. Please advise on any additional information you need from me to assist with your investigation.
I was heading west bound on I-70 in Indianapolis about 09:20 this morning. Coming up to the rural exit, there was Venture truck passing me on the left. He wanted to switch into my lane and he signaled with this right turn signal. He then drove a couple hundred feet before switching lanes giving me plenty of time to react to his move. The truck number was #261035. I want to give him a shout out for lane changing properly (following Indiana law of 200 feet with signal on before switching lanes) and not cutting anyone off almost causing an accident. He is a unicorn in the trucking world!!
There warehouse in Indianapolis will not take trucks early even if there are docks open and no one waiting like do you like getting a paycheck cuz your messing with mine making me wait alittle over an hour to be able to get in a dock
Their drivers are dangerous. They like to speed And try to run you out of your lane into other cars!!!!! This was in a 55 mph zone !!!!!
Extremely unreliable with the fuel ... they have a program that they call fuel solution which is not a solution at all !! Extremely unreliable cameras in trucks that have A.I and it will record you even if you get your phone in an emergency!! Waiting on for 2 hours for fuel makes you be late for your appointments !!
I was driving down the street when my truck broke down and I had to put my safety triangles up one of their drivers ran my safety triangles and took out the middle finger at me very unprofessional for CDL drivers. I give them zero stars.
Some of the drivers for this company are terrible. Hiring quality drivers should be more important than hiring anyone with a cell. They drop trailers in the middle of thier customers lots even when thier are 3 or more empty spaces for the trailers to fit into. It is a constant problem. It is disrespectful to thier customers and the drivers who work at those places as well. I have tried complaining on a local level, nothing seems to be done. Terrible company with disrespectful drivers who apparently cannot back.
I would give a zero. This truck nearly killed me by cutting me off with little space and at the last minute. I had to slam my brakes and do a slight turn to avoid being hit! He knew he was cutting me but didn’t care because he was trying to pass another big rig. The danger of these bad drivers mandates that people stop hiring them so as to get them off the road to prevent them from killing someone! This happened near Merced California around 2:14 pm on 1/20/2026 if the company actually trains and reprimands bad drivers for safety purposes.
One of their drivers ran me off the road in Miami when his lane ended and smashed my driver side mirror when coming into my lane. I had already let 3 other cars zipper merge in front of me. I am a very safe and considerate driver. I have driven through 38 states and never had an incident in 8 years until this jerk.
