Really bad drivers thay have, almost hit my truck after passing me, didn’t even checked the mirrors
Watched one of their drivers leave a site in West point Virginia, about 30 pieces of cardboard and other trash blew off the back of the bed. The drivers need to clean their trucks before they get on the road and stop littering.
This morning on my way to work, one of your drivers was flashing their brights, honking, and riding up on my tail. I assume they wanted me to go faster, but it was early morning traffic, so I had to pace with the car ahead of me. I did move over, but eventually this truck got caught behind a line of cars and other semis and started flashing at them also. Very rude.
Your trucker left his truck running while at the restaurant that we were eating at and said “ I can’t turn it off!” While we were eating to the patio. It was so rude. We couldn’t enjoy our night on the patio for the sound of his semi. Mc. 1473335.
truck V16058 stay away from this guy... he has some serious road rage and has no issue putting people's lives at risk.
They posted report on our MC and not willing to listen our side, they did it on purpose, now Adam ignoring all our phone calls and emails, we will post factual 1 star reviews until our problem will be solved.
Our drivers did two loads for VL back in mid-august. The receiver was running behind and did not unload our drivers until the following day. We kept the broker informed. As of today, 9/15/25, we have yet to receive the layover(s)/detention for them. I wish I had the option to give 0 or negative star. Multiple people in the email traffic have chosen to ignore this issue. Drivers beware get what you are owe before submitting any POD to the brokers because once you give them the POD they chose to disregard you. If someone has any email for VL HQ please share it with us.
Good evening, Per our previous conversation, I would like to reiterate the mishap that occurred with this load from the outset. The appointment time was scheduled at the time the facility closed, which was 5 PM on October 14. Consequently, I was forced to hold onto the load for an additional day ( October 15) and cancel my previously scheduled load, resulting in lost revenue. Upon arriving at the facility, I provided the delivery number given to me by the broker Brian Stubbs, which was incorrect. The facility manager informed me that there was no email associated with this delivery. Following prompt and back-and-forth communication via email, as CloudTrucks was unable to reach the broker by phone, I am now entitled to layover compensation due to this mishap, as stated in the bylaws of the company's rate confirmation sent to CloudTrucks. However, this has not been upheld according to the law, setting a poor example of how the company operates. They are not adhering to their disclosures, as outlined in the rate confirmation. Furthermore, my request is that an updated rate confirmation reflecting the layover compensation be provided. Thanks, Delourdes Luxama
I was on the freeway and the truck driver kept getting close to my car while I had my siblings and wife in the car. There was traffic so I tried to go in front of them and they almost hit me
I booked a load with them two day run FL-VA, but when the driver got the the PU shipper was closed and we had to wait next day. The driver got loaded next day and still made the delivery on-time. The broker was updated throughout the whole load and was very responsive and knew the shipper was closed. When it came to paying layover for the lost day they just stopped answering my calls and emails, avoiding to pay what they owe. I've gone through the rate con and the whole fine print and they are clearly in the breach of that contract, so the FINRA report will be submitted. Avoid this broker at all costs and especially Brian, Spencer, Luke and Jose from this company, because they will scam you out of your money. These type of brokers are everything that is wrong with the trucking industry
