Terrible brokers department terrible do not trust these guys they constantly do the same thing over and over and play with people’s time three times in three years were not pulling any loads. It’s just enough.
⚠️⚠️⚠️WARNING TO ALL CARRIERS⚠️⚠️⚠️ DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE PAYMENT. I have made multiple attempts to contact Venture through phone and email for the past 4 months on an overdue load for $1500 with no reply. Once you book with them you will not get a single response from anyone working there. You're better off driving empty than working with these scammers.
Some of the drivers are absolutely terrible, and the safety department is unreachable. I don't understand how a company with a terminal right at the exit with road work doesn't have drivers that are smart enough to use the correct lane so they don't run the drivers that actually pay attention to the road markings aren't hit
Whoever was driving truck V24706 needs to be fired immediately! Almost ran me off the highway today around 7am on I-65! I was in a commercial vehicle with several cars behind me who also almost crashed because this idiot wouldn’t let us merge near Worthsville ..TERRIBLE!
During my route today I stopped in Kenton, Ohio. A venture driver driving truck 211049 enters the parking lot and barrels around me in an unsafe manner to leap frog me into a dock as I was walking back to my doors to open them. Very inconsiderate when approached saying he was honking at me and didn’t want to wait.
I picked up one of their drivers who was stranded in the middle of nowhere and took them to Logansport. They promised me a 20% tip for the extraordinary long drive and did not follow through with their promises. They don’t hold their word.
Literally just watched one of their day cabs pulling a trailer do a u turn in the median on I 70 around the 56 mile marker to avoid an accident on the Eastbound side . If that's the kind of driver's they hire , they really don't need to be in business...
I live in Crandall just now 2 truck come by the last one was on the other one butt we live in a two lane road not a race track they ever hit anyone i have video of them speeding down hwy 2 in Crandall ga
Very disappointed with Ventures overall quality of service and lack of communication. Unfortunately we are forced to use this carrier as our customer values cost savings more than reliable transportation. I highly recommend anyone looking for reliable transportation to look elsewhere. Pay the few extra dollars for the peace of mind. Venture is horrible at following directions. Failure happen, but failing to communicate issues is not going to make the issue better. We build about 100 full truck loads per week, with Venture receiving about 20 to 30 % of this volume. 10 to 20 percent of the loads they haul have issues (Late deliveries, bad communication, dirty/unserviceable trailers).
Worst Truck driver ever! Almost hit me and my friend because the driver was dead set on weaving in and out of traffic and almost clipped up to cut us off in the fast lane on the left. Truck #202029, USDOT 911759, VIN LJ399435. Incident happened on October 10 at approximately 2:00 pm on Highway 70.
