There needs to be a faster system to sell clothes. It shouldn’t take an entire hour, on a Thursday morning. Management doesn’t enforce standards, and they don’t care enough to encourage a more efficient environment. Employees sit on their phones while we people wait in store for their items. Especially when it’s very slow and empty in store. The mocking bird location is much more efficient, and quick. Worth the drive to go over there if you want to sell.
Organized, super helpful and pleasant staff, and they have dressing rooms for you to make sure everything fits. Such a pleasant surprise in my backyard all these years!
I go to the Richardson location to shop and sell often and I’ve always had a good experience. The people that work here seem to not want to help out at all, I came to sell my clothes (and maybe shop) but I was informed that they were only giving out store credit for the rest of the day and to try again tomorrow when they first open. It just seemed bizarre as I’ve never had this issue before, I was probably going to find something anyway but I decided to leave because the gals seemed just… rude.
When I initially went in, I noticed that this store was very organized, and I was VERY surprised at the prices that they had.For the quality that was on the racks.Definitely a go to place for me.Moving forward, I was able to buy three pair of jeans at a ridiculously low price.Well, worth the effort and the money!
Customer service was excellent. Two younger men stayed an additional 10 minutes after closing for me to check out I felt so bad! They were so sweet and had amazing customer service. 10/10 recommend!! The clothes is a great price too!

Kelsey helped us in the store and friendly. She answered all our questions and was patient with us. We were looking at jewelry at 7:57 pm, and they closed at 8. She did not rush us and told us to take our time. The store was cleaned and organized. What I liked the most was how the store was lighted that it made it look more like an upscale boutique than a resale store. By far, this store and the Lewisville store are by far the best Uptown Cheapskate stores we have been into. They had a wide variety of items.
My first time at a uptown cheapskate. Wow I was impressed. The clothes are in great condition and very reasonably priced. The store is very clean and organized. Employees were very friendly. When I’m in the area I’ll definitely be back.
If you would like to get name brands without the name brand price this is definitely the place I'd recommend everything is mostly in good condition and definitely worth the price. Bougie on the low. 😏
