I have come here many times and never had issues but two days ago really upset me. After checking not only their typical store hours, I also checked their instagram for buy hours. It said until five. So I made sure I was there by 4:30 to discover the buy counter was closed. The sales assistant said oh ya she left early. No indication inlije, no mention of it. I left early to make sure I made their own new deadline for them to completely turn me away. Then to have the audacity to say well “you can go to another store” as if it wasn’t already rush hour and the nearest store was in Dallas. Absolutely disgusting and I will not be coming back
I went to sell some items and I loved the prices they offered me. I highly recommend them to everyone
Always a real pleasant and relaxed experience. No employee on your back and if needed they are there at your disposal. Very professional and spot on with product knowledge and customer service skills. Great representation of your Brand. Kudos to all and Thank You.
Prices are bit higher than expected, but very organized. Staff is friendly. Large selection for women. Not much for men or kids. Focused on apparel mostly. They offer 10% off of you bring your own bag, but it doesn’t apply if it’s plastic which is dumb. Reusable is anything you can use more than once why should it matter if it’s plastic or not. Prices are fair.
My husband and I have both had horrendous experiences with the employees/management at the Addison location. They are rude, short, and seem completely bothered to help customers at all. We’ll be selling our clothes elsewhere from now on.
Love this Store!!! Super easy to navigate. Everything is in great condition for extremely reasonable prices. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was something for me (Mom) something for my husband, and something for the teenage girls! We had a great time. Highly recommend. And side note: This shopping center has all the things. Went to Uptown Cheapskate got amazing stuff. Made a return at Target. Groceries at Kroger. And then gas before heading home. Like omg. Perfect.
This place is so extra super awesome- clean, organized and great to go bargain hunting on gently used clothes. My place to shop for great deals! Take a look I’m sure you will not leave empty handed.
I took 2 bags of stuff to sell at the Addison location yesterday in late afternoon. After schlepping my bags inside, an older lady, not bothering to look up from what she was doing at the register, said, “we’re only doing in store credit and 1 bag only”. The old battle axe NEVER looked up! I called the Richardson store and the young lady I spoke with told me they pay cash & I can bring in as many bags as I liked. I hightailed over there & collected lots of cash.
I love the brands, the staff are nice and friendly, clean store and great accessories.
This store was very clean and cared for. All clothing items were properly organized and color coded and in perfect condition. The employees were also very helpful and attentive. And I even got name branded clothes for half the price. My shopping experience was incredible.
