Very clean with a wide range of clothes. It being organized by color, types and lengths make it much easier and more efficient to search through racks. Cashiers and staff are always super friendly and patient.
The most disgusting attitude I have ever seen or experienced, the girls at the counter think they are some kind of elite and the girl at the cash register in particular, felt free to laugh at me, Amanda !!!!!I no come here Again!!!! Never!!!!!
I called to make sure that they were accepting clothes before driving over… Drove 30 minutes over and then they told me that they wouldn’t look at anything because they have to be “contained in a bag or a box”… And I didn’t have either… Thank you for wasting an hour of my day because you couldn’t have told me that when I called?!? it’s like they make up rules on the spot
Elizabeth and everyone else were so great. The store was super clean and organized and the fitting rooms are very comfy. Plus 3 skirts, 5 tops, and 2 pairs of earrings for less than $90??? What a steal.
I came 04/16. I found pretty good stuff clothing and shoe wise. HOWEVER, the employees really need to pay attention to what they are saying in their side conversations at the front. I overheard the Hispanic girl at the front speaking to another Hispanic guy (at some point they would be speaking Spanish and then switching to English. Not the bid deal.) It was the Hispanic girl making a comment about a girl she knows having red hair and calling it “GHETTO”!!! First off, in what world do you think you can say that at work. Very unprofessional. But to anyone who comes in with red hair, is that how you feel? I didn’t say anything directly, but I felt uneasy. You all need to learn better etiquette behind the register and keep the volume over your personal conversations lower so customers are not hearing everything OVER THE MUSIC (which means you are loud), while trying to shop.
A little overpriced for used items. Did find some items my daughter liked that were reasonably priced. The staff wasn’t necessarily friendly but they weren’t rude either.
Great customer service, clean bathroom, clean store, wide range of inventory(plus sizes 3X included )buy/sell policy explained thoroughly). Lots of handbags and accessories, reasonably priced!
I used to really love exchanging clothes here because they were always fair and kind. Especially the guy that worked there with his mom. But now, the workers make you feel like you are a huge hindrance. I honestly felt like I was applying for food stamps. Even though they gave me a fair price for my clothes, I won't ever go back in there. The customer service has completely flipped to negative.
This Uptown Cheapskate doesn’t advertise that at all certain time of day, they stop offering cash for clothes and begin offering store credit only. It’s not a hard cutoff either, which makes it even more confusing. Wasted time and gas coming here after work since the website says “we buy up until an hour before close”.
