0/10 recommend. go to another location! The employees are lazy and waste your time when trying to sell your items. The lady at the front told me to stay in the store and she would call me when my items were done being looked through. after over two hours, I finally went back to the front desk to see how much longer it would be and she gave me an attitude saying they had been done for a long time now, and that she called my name out in the store when originally I understood she would be calling my cell phone… total disrespect and waste of my time.
This place is an amazing place to find great clothes and shoes for a great price. The clothes are great for work wear, athletic wear, and casual clothes. I’ve sold clothes here for a reasonable rate too. All around a great place to shop.
Came to here to buy a couple of clothing, and saw some great outfits! I dis buy some shoes and they were the right size for me!The employees here were very nice, and there have been some few changes to their buy counter hours. I thankfully made it there on time to their buy counter before they were closed, and I still get to sell what I needed.
I love this Uptown. I always find what I’m looking for, and for great prices. I think my best find so far was this beautiful dress! 10/10 location
Gave 2 stars because the very first time I came here was a good experience, but have not seen that worker in there again. Now everytime I come there is this heavy set black woman who gives me the worst vibes. She is quite rude, very unprofessional, worst customer service ever. Sits on her butt to even check the clothes, doesn't communicate at all, doesn't seem to want to be at work, who hired this girl. You guys really need to reevaluate your staff.
2nd time at this store and the stuff was super helpful and polite! I love that there is a large variety of items in very good condition, most of the time some store carry very worn out items, not here. My great find for only $24😍

5/19/25 I’m so disappointed 😔. I love resale. I read the reviews about this store and drove over to this part of town because I believed them to be true. I was mistaken. The merchandise was adequate but not worth the drive. The customer service was some of the worst I have ever encountered. The grown adult manager did not acknowledge customers and my husband and I waited in line for over 10 minutes with 4 people standing around behind the counter who could have worked the register. The manager looked over at us several times but I figured she had a reason for the chaos. Finally she sauntered slowly across the back, behind the counter and muttered to one of the kids to wait on us. The girl, Lynia, took her time to get to us and with an attitude, asked us about membership. I will never join a membership for this company and I don’t recommend this company. They need some serious training as I have spent most of my life in customer service.
UC- Addison store layout is very impressive compared to other locations. This location has plenty of items to choose from as well. Shopping RESALE is ESSENTIAL! I suggest visiting this location. I will definitely be back. Happy Shopping!
