What a vibrant, fun new spot Tropicale is! I visited on a busy, hot Saturday and was pleased that my friend and I did not have to wait very long to receive our drinks and food after ordering. I had the tostada and a piña colada (the full piña, of course), and both were absolutely delicious! My friend ordered the spicy mango margarita, the pulpo, and a couple ranchera tacos; the pulpo was super flavorful and tender, and the tacos were simple but yummy. Neither of us was a big fan of the spicy mango margarita, as it was a bit bland in our opinion. My only other complaint is the prices are pretty high (though on par with other specialty cocktail spots around town) for the amount of food you get. Overall, I was very happy with my order and definitely will come back!
I like that they use the blue corn tortillas. A change from other restaurants around here. Tables need to be finished, I got a splinter.
Fresh ingredients and creative dishes with complimentary mixed drinks from very friendly folks in an environment that is nicely socially distanced. The chilaquiles adding pork belly was insane and excellently recommended. Will be back many times this summer!
My favorite mezcal bar in town rn! Love the atmosphere & the Oaxaca inspired menu. We got the plantains, ceviche & pozole. All of the cocktails are delicious! Cozy with two outdoor fires & covered seating. Will be back many times 🍍🍍

Food was amazing! Drinks were fresh, and refreshing! Multiple options in one location, great for catching up with friends over delicious food/drink.
Yummiest Pina colada with fresh pineapple :D and delicious chips
Vegetarian arepa was so delicious... and dare I say, healthy? Beans, squash and corn FTW. Paired it with the Oaxaca old fashioned, which was delightfully citrusy and smoky.
Ohohohoho, those are good drinks. The tacos are delicious and surprisingly filling. The ceviche is delicious. Easy enough finding seating. Great service, helping with busing. The app makes ordering a breeze.
A wonderful summer dining experience! Delicious tacos and very instagram-able drinks. Wouldn’t say the food was anything special, but will return for the fun atmosphere. Portions here are light so those with big appetites might need to order more than a single plate.
