We were very pleased when dealing with Tradebloc to get out of our timeshare ownership. I made sure to respond quickly to all emails and calls. Once they had all the information from us, they sent us a link called Resort Closings, which was updated each time another step was taken toward the goal. They were easy to work with and we were updated about once a month. It took 10 months to complete the transaction, but we are so happy to be done with timeshare ownership! Thank you Tradebloc!!

My experience using Tradebloc, as an institution that protects and repairs credit, was nothing less great. When a timeshare company attacked my credit, Tradebloc responded rapidly and had the negative posting removed and restored my credit back to it’s original rating. I did’t have to call them. Tradebloc’s reaction was immediate and successful. I recommend them as an Ally when dissolving a timeshare contract.

We engaged Tradebloc to extricate us from our timeshare. It has taken longer that anticipated, mostly due to COVID related delays. Tradebloc as done an outstanding job protecting our credit throughout this process. We know our account went to a collections agency, but that never affected our credit. We hope to be done with the timeshare in the very near future, and are confident Tradebloc will continue to protect our credit as we finish the process.

We were contacted by Tradebloc who informed us of the perpetual clause in our timeshare contract. Although our timeshare was paid off and fees up to date we just couldn't leave this item forced on our children in the event of our deaths, especially with consistently increasing fees. The entire process only took a few months as we followed the instructions they provided. We were kept in the loop as far as our progress was going by each department. I received our final paperwork filed with the Orange County clerk of court releasing us from the property today.

Tradebloc has been a valued partner during our exit from our current timeshare. It has been a long journey but they have been working with us as the process continues. Tradebloc has blocked negative information that was initiated and continues to monitor our credit reports as time passes. I would recommend them if you have the same need for this type of service.

We were in our timeshare for about 20 years. It was supposed to pass to our heirs. Our timeshare people did not explain that we could not get out of the deal as easy as we would've thought. I worked with Tradebloc to sell three Wyndham and two Hilton timeshares. Everyone at Tradebloc and Resort Closing, the closing agent, was very pleasant and easy to work with. Although Tradebloc and their closing agent were very responsive, Wyndham and Hilton seemed to take an excessive amount of time to process timeshare transfers. Their emphasis is obviously on selling timeshares, not helping customers exit their programs.

Over a period of 8 years I tried 3 different agencies to help sell or return my Timeshare. I had paid thousands of dollars and was sadly left with more debt and my Timeshare. Then Tradebloc called me several times within a 1 year span, I was unable to trust them and hung up on them each time. Until the last time a very kind man spoke to me with integrity, kindness and had all the right things to say to c9nvince me this was not a scam. Long story short, I took a day off work, I drove 3 hours to meet them in a very nice hotel in the Portland surrounding area. I was even more impressed with their solution to a very long drawn out problem of owning a Timeshare I didn't want. Tradebloc stood above the other company's and their scams. I left that meeting knowing I was going to make this work, and rid myself of this Timeshare. I followed their instructions by providing the documents, I paid their fee and they did the rest, 100%! I did nothing else but watch my credit score, and upload any and all Timeshare threatening letters to the Tradebloc secure site and in just a few short months I was freed from the Timeshare scams. I was no longer the owner, no longer on my credit, no longer listed in the county land and title, FREE, NO MORE HUGE DECEMBER DUES PAYMENT TO A VACATION HOME I NEVER USED IN 8 YEARS. Back in October of 2024 I went to a seminar with Tradebloc at first I was somewhat skeptical, there are so many scams out there these days. They told me of the perpetual clause in my timeshare, I went home and found my paper work and there it was just like they said. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones my timeshare is paid off but the maintenance fees go on forever. Due to my age and my health and that of my wife we are unable to travel much. We don’t need any more expenses. I checked out the reviews and decided that I would go with Tradebloc to rid us of our timeshare. They have been professional in every way and keeping me informed of all the necessary paperwork they needed from me. I am able to track progress on the Tradebloc website as well as emails and phone calls. We are awaiting our final paperwork.
