5/8/2025 We attended a seminar for exiting a timeshare in mid-January in Franklin, TN, where we spoke with Zach Justice. After having an evening to discuss the opportunity to exit our timeshare, we entered into an agreement and began the process. As of May 6, we are no longer timeshare owners. We were told that the average timeframe we might be looking at would probably be six-18 months; but our process only took about four months. The communication we had with Tradebloc during these months has been professional and prompt. If we had questions, we emailed them and got quick responses. We also always answered emails/requests within 24 business hours. This process cost a few thousand dollars, some on the front end (to Tradebloc), and some at the end (to the timeshare company); but it was worth it. Our vacation needs and timeshare availability changed over the years, so we needed to exit. We had an excellent experience with this organization and highly recommend Tradebloc for timeshare exit processes. It is worth noting that we had contacted another “timeshare exit” company which advertises quite a bit, and they actually told us they hadn’t had much luck with our timeshare organization and declined taking our business, so we are very excited that Tradebloc took care of us in this matter. TradeBloc was very helpful with us exiting a timeshare. It was a bit costly upfront but not as costly as staying in a timeshare we never used. Towards the end of our exit we did have to pay the timeshare company money to get out of the contract. We figured that was the price to exit something we haven't used for a few years but we still payed yearly maintenance fees on. TradeBloc kept us informed as to the process and how things were going. It took roughly about 5 months for the whole process to be completed. Our credit rating has not been effected so far and they are continuing to monitor our credit score. If I ever felt to need to exit a timeshare again they would be my first call. Thank you for your work.

When I contracted with a law firm during 2018 in an effort to exit my timeshare, Tradebloc's credit repair services were included in the package. I was instructed to stop all payments and to ignore any phone calls and mailings from the creditors and collection agencies. Tradebloc mentioned that, as part of the process, my credit score would take a hit but also that it would eventually recover. That's exactly what happened over the next year or so. In the interim, I began to forward copies of correspondence from collectors and to update periodic reports concerning the almost daily phone calls (never leaving a message) I had been receiving. Periodically, Tradebloc would request that I obtain updated reports from the three credit reporting agencies. After nearly seven years of working with these agencies on my behalf, Tradebloc recently informed me that all three had finally eliminated all creditor information regarding the original timeshare debts from their respective reports. I should also note that after about three years, the law firm closed up shop and dropped out of sight. I was unable to contact anyone again; however, Tradebloc stuck with me to the end. Kudos to all these fine folks!

We have been extremely satisfied with the service and performance provided by trade bloc’s timeshare exit strategies. They have performed everything within our contract agreement. The process was easy and they kept us informed where we were at in the process. In addition to their exit strategies, they also provided a credit monitoring program which I highly recommend. Timeshare Remorse? – Tradebloc Rejoice! We have all heard the radio commercials telling us how they will get you out of your timeshare contract, but how do you know who you can trust to do it? After our Bluegreen Vacations got bought out by Hilton Grand Vacations in January 2024, we were notified there would be a ‘potential restructuring’ of our annual maintenance dues over the next few years, and we began to regret having bought it to begin with. In March 2024 we were invited to a local seminar in our area about timeshare ownership and that’s where we discovered Tradebloc. What a GODSEND!! Their presentation was very enlightening, informative, and easy to follow. We have been working with Tradebloc legal and credit protection services to exit our Hilton timeshare since about October, 2024. Thus far our experience with Tradebloc personnel has been wholly satisfactory. Our credit reports remain free of any negative information associated with the timeshare cancellation. At this point we are confident that the timeshare cancellation will conclude successfully.
