We signed up with Tradebloc two years ago to assist us in getting out of our timeshare. While we have not yet gotten out of our timeshare we have found that the people at Tradebloc are easy to work with and talk to. The reason for the only 4 stars is that there was a time that we were shuffled around to different case workers and experienced several months of no contact on our status, but I have found that that is normal in the process because most of the time there is nothing to report because the timeshare moves at a snail's pace in the process. The important thing is that we have been informed that we are now safe from any negative posts to our credit reports which is exactly what they promised they would do. We have been satisfied with everything Tradebloc has done. I would change the rating to five stars when I finally have confirmation we no longer have the timeshare!

We were tricked by our time share company into buying a lot of travel points and our payments were very high. We are unable to travel very much because of our business and we wanted to get out of the time share. We went to a Tradebloc seminar and decided to sign up with them. Their service does cost a fee but, by canceling our time share payments, we have already saved much more than enough to cover their service. The time share company turned our account over to a collection agency and it was reported as past due balance on our credit report. We let Tradebloc about the bad mark on our credit report and they got the past due notation removed from our credit report. We are not totally out of our time share contract yet but we are well on the way and feel confident it will work. We recommend Tradebloc to anyone who wants out of their time share.

I would like to thank Tradebloc for helping us to exit our timeshare. They are very professional and everyone that I interfaced with was very knowledgeable and accommodating. They gave us several options that we could use to exit the timeshare and clearly explained each option to us. And helped us select the most logical option for our situation. Once the process started they kept us informed of the progress that was being made. Happily, the whole process only took approximately four (4) months to complete. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to exit their timeshare, that they use the services from Tradebloc.

I thought the most exciting and joyful time was the day we purchase our Timeshare... WRONG! The absolute best time was the day we successfully EXITED the Timeshare. Thanks to Tradebloc, this has occurred. I suppose we live and learn and with age comes wisdom. Tradebloc assigned us a Case Manager who explained the process and opened a portal for us to check the status of our case throughout. Were we skeptical...definitely but chose to trust Tradebloc. Only four stars because of Tradebloc's high fee. Our case was of the simplest type to exit and should have been of minimal representation on their part. We requested a lower fee for this reason but was not accepted. David S

The experience with Tradebloc was great. We were kept informed of the status. They also responded to our emails and phone calls efficiently.

We have been pleased so far with the performance of Tradebloc in getting our timeshares canceled and protecting our credit record. We have excellent credit and were concerned that going through this process could affect our credit ratings. We were assured at the beginning of the process that Tradebloc would protect our credit and they have been true to their word. Thank you, Tradebloc, for addressing our concerns so well.

Tradebloc has been a valuable resource enabling me to extract myself from timeshare contracts that continued to be more expensive with each passing year. The service was initially expensive; however, the ever increasing costs of the contracts would have exceeded that fee within a few years. They were responsive and helpful from the moment I began with them. To date my credit has not been impacted in any way and they continue to monitor my credit records and protect me from harmful entries with the credit rating services. I would encourage anyone seeking to end a timeshare to contact Tradebloc to learn what options they may have.

Had a wonderful experience with this company TradeBloc-We started process in Mid-November and continued till April/May when it was settled.They constantly gave me updates and progress reports which made me confident something was going on.Happy customer.

We got an invitation to attend an information and decided to attend. The presentation was informative and they didn’t pressure us to sign up. We were impressed with the presentation and the detail of their service to cancel our timeshare. We decided to retain their services. They were very helpful in setting up our credit monitoring as they started the research process. Finally they gave us several options to pursue the cancellation. We selected the 45 day option and was more expensive but it assured the cancellation in the shortest time possible. There was a bump in the road and it took a bit longer than desired but in the end the time share along with its unknown liabilities was gone. We really liked having a contact person through out the process and they were regularly calling or emailing us to keep us updated. In the end we have a continuing contract that covers us should the time share try to take a future action. Bottom line we no longer have a timeshare due to the Trade Bloc team and process.

FINALLY! We were able to get out of our Crimeshare! Tradebloc did what they said they would and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Great to work with!
