SCAMMERS or TOTAL INCOMPETENCE I'm back once again to rewrite my review. I left a pretty bad review a few months ago and had a woman call me who was the owner or the president of the company. We had a good conversation (nice lady) and I agreed to remove my negative review and give them time to get the issue fixed. Fast forward several months later and it's still the same runaround. We were exiting a timeshare and promised that Tradebloc would protect our credit and it did not!!!!! Maybe the owner/president will see this and reach out because I'm extremely frustrated. We have perfect credit excluding this timeshare Fiasco that Tradebloc screwed up on and now we can't even make purchas a home even though we make near $800k a year because our credit was destroyed byn this process and their lacknof competence or comcern or flat out over selling what they're capable of doing. The communication of this company is horrendous considering how serious of an issue a damaged credit report can be, especially when the whole point of having them was to prevent it from happening in the first place. I've called several times over the lady week and you will never be able to reach anyone and when you leave messages they will not call back!!!!! Apparently all they do is once your credit gets hit and knocked down is write letters to the three credit bureaus asking them to please reconsider and reinstate the previously good credit. That is still just up to the credit bureaus to do so and they have not. The only communication we ever get from them is an email that tells us to submit our updated credit status every few months. What is so hard about talking to a person on the phone about specific details of what is going on. I would stay far far away if our experience is the norm which I can't see how it is not. We should be a pretty easy case to get resolved and we have done everything asked of us. This whole process has gone on for about 2 years now.

BEWARE....If I could give zero stars i would! My husband and I hired tradbloc to help us protect our credit and get us out of our timeshare with Bluegreen. We paid alot of money to them sent in all requested documents and here we are almost a year later and little to nothing has been done. we have derogatory marks on our credit and nothing that i know of has been done with the Bluegreen. On top of that there is ZERO communication no response to emails or phone calls. I have left tons of messages sent emails to check progress and nothing!

I truly want to thank Tradebloc for their help getting me and my ex out of our timeshare. Of course it costs money but in just over a year we are out!! No leaving this mess to our children, no timeshare company coming after our home. Just simply done. The sales pitch doesn’t tell you that your yearly fees are going to constantly go up, no matter where you purchase. And no matter if you go on your week or not the annual fees come due. They are quick to turn them over to collections to hurt your credit and after 10 years they come for your home. If you are lucky enough to get a call from Tradebloc “GO”it will be the best decision you ever make. If you happen to go to a timeshare for a free weekend and wind up in a spiel “JUST SAY NO”. Otherwise you will regret it. Thank God for Tradebloc!! Best decision ever!!

We have been using Tradebloc for less than a year. They have been very straight forward about the process. I have read reviews that stated Tradebloc "forced" others to use a specific credit monitoring service. They recommended a specific service that they have a working relationship with so they could better help us. They told us if we don't use their recommended one it would be fine but use a credit monitoring service. The team we were assigned to has been in touch with us at every mile stone. We have called with questions and they have returned our calls. We have had no surprises or situations they did not warn us about before hand. Up to this point my wife and I are completely satisfied with their service.

Tradebloc did everything that was promised. They are the second group that we contacted to get us out of our Time Share Contract since there was not an exit path in the contract that we signed. We enjoyed the time share and used it often. But as we got older and could no longer travel, we had to have a way out so our heirs were not saddled with the same dilemma. Tradebloc has done their part and have promised to be there if needed for this contract.

My wife and i would highly recommend Tradebloc Inc to anyone looking to get rid of their timeshare property. We connected with them in January 2025 and by May 2025 we were out of both of our timeshare properties. They were very professional and always keeping us updated on the progress of the cancelation process. 5 Stars is not enough credit to give them. They are a 10 out of 10 in our book!

I called them on a recommendation and am glad I did ! They came through with everything they said they would. Good company to work with for timeshare release !

The meeting we attended to get timeshare exit information seemed great, but they left out details that initially made me regret my decision to proceed. I have been told this issue has been addressed. We ended up paying more than what we expected to, but after 2 years, we are now released from Bluegreen. Tradebloc was pretty quick to respond to my questions and was good to inform me of what was next in the process.

Misleading and Ineffective Timeshare Exit Service My experience with Tradebloc has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. My wife and I signed up for their Timeshare Exit Assistance service in December 2022, with the understanding that they would actively negotiate on our behalf to help us exit our timeshare with Holiday Inn Vacation Clubs. We were assured that if no satisfactory settlement was reached within 18 months, we would receive a full refund. However, after 1.5 years of working with Tradebloc, it has become clear that their service is not what they initially presented. Rather than actively negotiating with the timeshare company, it appears that Tradebloc's primary function is to address negative marks on your credit report. This approach might be effective if you have outstanding payments or negative credit reports tied to your timeshare, but in our case—where the timeshare was paid in full—it proved completely useless. Tradebloc failed to provide any documentation or evidence that they engaged in any meaningful negotiations with our timeshare company. Despite our repeated expressions of dissatisfaction, starting just eight months into the process, we were told to wait until the 18-month mark to request a refund. Now that we’ve reached that point, our refund request has been flatly denied, with the blame placed on our continued payments and lack of communication—both of which were decisions made to protect our financial standing in the absence of clear guidance from Tradebloc. Their service is misleading, especially for those whose timeshares are paid off, as there seems to be no real effort to negotiate an exit unless there are negative reports to credit agencies. This is not what was promised to us, and I feel that we have wasted time, money, and energy with no results to show for it. I strongly caution anyone considering Tradebloc’s services to think twice and ensure they fully understand what is actually being offered. If your timeshare is paid off, as ours was, you may find yourself in the same frustrating situation we are in—still stuck with your timeshare and no closer to a resolution.

Tradebloc has been helping us get out of our Timeshare that we bought years ago. We would like to exit our membership and Tradebloc has been very helpful. The staff is very knowledgable and has watched and protected our credit score in the process. Tradebloc takes on the worry and correspondences necessary to the Timeshare Company dealing with our exit request ! We recommend Tradebloc to anyone struggling with their timeshare ownership.
