The process has now been successfully completed! We had vacation club points as well as properties. This took some time, but they were able to manuever through the process. We ended up needing the assistance of the Tradebloc management, as well as the Resort Closings management to accomplish this, but they were willing to get involved to complete our transactions. Tradebloc, along with Resort Closings, was able to successfully arrange my exit from Marriott Vacation Club. The associates at both companies were available, helpful and knowledgeable. While the cost was higher than I anticipated the ultimate savings will make up for the cost to exit in a matter of a few years of not paying rising maintenance costs. Particularly helpful was a associate of Resort Closing, Dani Peters. She was with us thru the entire process and was available to answer questions, and solve problems when we were most in need. My only suggestion is for Tradebloc to make customers aware that there COULD be costs in addition to those that Tradebloc requires. All of the legal work was accomplished in approximately 5 months and has completely allowed us to sever our relationship with Marriott.

Tradebloc Inc. secured our exit from our Timeshare. Thankfully we are now free from annual maintenance fee increases!

The process was easy and we were presented with 3 options. The timeline was a little longer than expected for the option we selected, but it was successful in the end. We definitely appreciated their assistance, guidance and support with this matter.

I contracted TradeBloc to assist in canceling my timeshare (PAID IN FULL) in Florida. From the beginning TradeBloc has guided me through this process smoothly and painlessly. It has been an arduous journey thus far but TradeBloc has been with me in every step from initial sign up to making sure my credit reports are staying free of negative comments. The support staff at TradeBloc is supportive and usually calls back with any of my concerns within 24-48 hours.

Working with Tradebloc was a wonderful experience with me. Each department I had to work with to get out of my timeshare was very helpful and gave me quick responses to my questions. I would definitely recommend them if you find yourself in my position and want to get out of a timeshare.

Tradebloc and Resort Deeds just helped us find a new owner for our timeshare that we have owned for over 20 years, and only used four times. The process took 3 1/2 months (maybe a record short time we were told) and the communication along the way was excellent. After Tradebloc contacted the resort, they returned to us with 4 options. One was the resort's 'fair buy out' transfer settlement offer, one was to have Resort Deeds handle a quit claim deed, the third was a strategic default with Tradebloc protecting our credit, and the 4th was do nothing and face years of phone calls and back and forth disputes with the credit monitoring agencies. We chose option #2 and although we did have to pay an additional fee to Resort Deeds for their legal help, the amount was less than a quarter of what the resort's transfer settlement offer was. All in all, we are happy to finally be free of our timeshare and so relieved that the deed will not pass on to our kids and saddle them with yearly maintenance fees and fear of collections if they can not keep up.

Tradeblock successfully worked with me to relieve me of a timeshare I no longer wanted to be stuck with. Their legal team was very helpful and communicated often and provided regular updates and next steps to be taken with clear instruction until resolution of my case.

So happy we are finally free of our Bluegreen Vacations timeshare. Initally BG demanded 10 years of future Maintenance Fees to exit, Tradebloc was able to negotiate a settlement of 3 years of MF which we had to pay in addition to initial fee to Tradebloc. During the process BG turned us over to a collections company for 1 year of MF even though we had an accepted and paid settlement offer. During all this Tradebloc worked to keep our credit rating protected with the Credit Bureaus. The entire process took 22+ months total. It did seem that there was a long period that nothing was happening until after the 18 month guarantee period was ended.
