Recently, my husband & I went to a presentation with Tradebloc Inc in Tulsa, OK to get out of our timeshare !! Although skeptical leading up to presentation, enough info was presented for us to follow thru with offer !! The only thing missing in the presentation was the extra fee we had to pay for deed work later in transaction !! We had already committed, so there was no backing out !! Think this needs to be presented in future presentations !! Price went up considerably !! We are very happy with Tradebloc & their work to get us out of our timeshare !! What an adventure with ups and downs and doubts of ever getting out of our timeshare. But today we were informed that it's over and we no longer have timeshare (still would like an official document stating we are released from the timeshare). It was explained at the beginning that the process could take 14-18 weeks. But almost 9 months and little communication from the company or legal services, we is now completed. A few hiccups along the journey on both sides, but it's over (I hope).

radeBloc did get us out of our timeshare but it took 2 years with lots of money. Communication with Resort Closings was poor and miss leading. Never did find out why it took so long to get this done. We are happy to be out of the timeshare which was our goal but service could have been much better in telling us what was happening on their end. We thought they were getting us out the timeshare by negotiating with the timeshare owners. Instead they resold it for nothing. We did not get any of our money back for the extra maintenance fees we paid because it took them so long. And of course the timeshare was paid for and we did not get any of that back with their sale. Be careful!

I admit I was skeptical about whether Tradebloc would be able to get us out of our timeshare. The meeting I attended was kind of “hard sell” (ironically like a timeshare meeting), but I decided to pursue it anyways because we were just going to continue to lose money as we basically didn’t use our timeshare at all due to health issues that developed shortly after we bought it. It’s far from painless as you have to spend money to get out, but finally we are free of it and won’t have to worry about it anymore. It’s an expensive lesson, for sure, but hopefully we’re finally free.

It did require a fee which was a one-time fee unlike the timeshare maintenance fees which continue to excalate and would have gone to our adult children after our death. Customer service was absolutely amazing they were kind and spoke in a very professional manner about what I needed to do in order to dispute items on my credit, my score has drastically increased from where it was.
