The Loop is one of my favorite places for burgers and oreo shakes. They are among the best. The bacon cheddar burgers are awesome, I like that you can put the condiments in it as you like it, and they always cook the meat to the right temperature. Lots of people like the pizzas but I think you can find better and less expensive pizzas almost everywhere; the amount of the topping is too little and to be honest, not the best flavor. Customer service is the best, and I like how they give you the extra in the blender cup of the oreo shakes. I will go back to try more things
We stopped in for a quick bite & was not disappointed. Service was fast, plenty of seating (Sunday afternoon), and the food we ordered was very good! Their menu had lots of great options & the Asian Chicken Salad I ordered was enough to satisfy my hunger.
Nice little stop for lunch. Located in a cute strip for shopping. Very Friendly staff! Fair prices. Clean. Asian salad was disappointing. Bland, little to no dressing, watered down. I wish it had those little Asian crunchies you get with duck sauce over the top ramen noodles, which were a horrible addition to the salad. The walnuts that were put in there were not very good either. The burger and onion rings were great!
Great Quality Pizzas. Fresh, and tasty food in a casual friendly atmosphere. This place is packed! Every seat was filled and non stop customers were coming in for take out service which was like watching a well oiled machine. The staff has it down. We loved their pizza especially.
I liked my create-your-own pizza. My wife liked her salad. But we LOVED our milkshakes! We tried the classic chocolate shake and the pumpkin pie milkshake. Both highly recommended. The ambiance is "casual cafe". So nothing fancy, but still features some style and has a nice vibe. One oddball feature: Clean bathrooms. That's not common in some other restaurants. One other non-standard feature is their dedication to the community. They're a charitable business and give back to the community.
Dined in with my family of 4. We each ordered different burgers on the menu. The Great American burger, BBQ burger, onion rings, and steak fries were Delicious!!! Food was hot, fresh, and cooked perfect! Service was great as well. Definitely be back.
Look, this is a great restaurant, and the food is amazing! However, Christmas music in early November is completely over the top. I’ll come back in January and not a second sooner.
The Loop was the first restaurant in Jax that had authentic Chicago deep dish. I've eaten there since San Marco opened in the early eighties. To my surprise, forty years later, no Chicago deep dish. My pizza was thin crust with limited toppings. I thought I had ordered what was originally their specialty. Considering they never had Italian beef or even Vienna hot dogs, there's absolutely NOTHING Chicago to this restaurant anymore. It's quite a shame. And, nevermore.
Burger was good, but portion of fried seemed small for the price I paid.
I like going the Loop! Varied menu items. Loop has the best hamburger meat. It is fresh meat & can be cooked to your liking, for me it's med rare & my nephews got med well. They were all cooked perfectly! Fries were hot & delicious! My grandson had Margherita personal pizza & a basket of fries, my granddaughter had a Chicken Ceasars salad, both liked their meals. Everyone was happy with their meals. My husband suffers with stomach issues ordered a grilled cheese which was not on the menu. He was very disappointed. I believe they made it on a hamburger bun. We frequent the Loop in Nocatee, Ponte Vedra Beach. This was the first time @ this location as we were meeting my nephews who live in Sarasota. They were here for a hockey game @ the Community Igloo.
