The burgers and milkshakes are so good!!
This is just lettuce and, croutons 😪. The employee who made this side salad should be fired; (Employee making inadequate food gave The Loop a bad reputation) . I am very disappointed.. They weren’t busy 10/21/23 (night shift)/ this was intentional, I will not be back & do not recommend.
The Loop in San Marco was awesome!!! My salad was fresh and delicious. It came in good time no long wait for the food. Only thing that's challenging is the parking.
Had a bad experience about a month ago (completely screwed up our takeout order, then didn’t seem concerned when I called to complain) and chalked it up as a hiccup, but tonight pushed us over the edge. Placed a to-go order on their app and waited almost an hour to get our food. What’s worse is our order sat on the counter for 15 minutes while they took order after order after order…at one point we counted over 20 open tickets and five takeout orders sitting while no one called orders out to the mob waiting for food. Finally had to ask (repeatedly) for them to give me my order; no apology, no concern shown, and the food was cold. Do better, Loop.
Horrible service, after waiting more than 30mins for a cheese pizza and a burger I walk to front to ask about my food and its just sitting in a corner. Cashier standing right there no idea whats going on and definitely not trying to find out
Stacy was very rude. I won’t return since she said she was just trying to be “stern” because I wasn’t happy that my to go order wasn’t correct and was trying to OVERCHARGE me. Never again. I was in a hurry on my lunch break and when I get back to work to finally eat after all that drama found out the sandwich was inedible…doused in grease. It’s a grilled chicken sandwich.
Amazing! I have been craving a blue cheese medium rare burger for weeks (everywhere else I’ve gone overcooks their burgers) but The Loop was perfect! Well seasoned and so delicious! The service was also exceptional 👌🏻
We were greeted by workers as soon as we walked in. You order your food at the counter and then sit. They had a wide variety of burgers, pizza, sandwiches and salads. The workers were all friendly and the food was good.
I’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue, until recently. Over the last 6 months each visit has gotten worse and worse. I haven’t gotten the correct order 6 of the last 7 times that I’ve ordered online. Tonight we ordered two milkshakes at 7:19PM and waited 30 minutes before we went up to ask about it. 10 minutes went by and we received them, and as the picture shows, they were only half full. I don’t know what has happened over the last few months, but quality of service and food have gone down.
Paying a visit to Jacksonville, we stop into this clean little eatery with less than an hour before they close, strung out from a day of travel. Still, they’re cheerful and helpful. Someone from behind the cashier suggests the chicken pesto pizza - something new for me but I like chicken and I like pesto, so why not? My companion gets her usual chicken sandwich. The wait is about 15-20 minutes and both are fresh and well made. The pizza is not something that most would think of when they think pizza but it does hit the spot. The crust is especially good, and would be delicious bread on its own. THE ONION RINGS ARE CRUNCHY GREAT. The fountain drinks are good - not always a given - and feature the soft crushed ice that make such drinks addictive. Good job guys, and thanks for your patience.
