They told me it would be a 30 minute wait, was more like 10 for an order for 5 people. Line got super long after that, was down within minutes. Good experience.
This location is the best in Jax. While parking is often hard to find, once you make it in be prepared for a great meal! Lately, my favorite meal has been a Caesar Salad with Salmon, no croutons but adding chopped up onion rings 🤤! So yummy! They make great salmon!
The cashier was on the phone when we arrived taking a phone order. No one acknowledged us for several minutes until she got off the phone even though several people saw us standing there. Someone should have said “we will be right with you.” We ordered a pizza with pepperoni and green olives. We were told they didn’t have green olives even though the menu specifically said GREEN olives. The cashier said “I don’t know why it says that, we don’t have them”. The manager said they are Kalamata olives, it’s the same thing. It’s not the same thing, they were essentially black olives. We scraped them off and the pizza was fine. I also ordered an Asian chicken wrap with no dressing. It was served with dressing. Fortunately I’m not allergic to peanuts or this would be a very different review. It took a long time to get the original order or I would have taken it back. I tried to use the rewards for the first time but the cashier was going to have to ring it on a different register because not all registers can scan for the rewards. The receipt/app was not clear on how to earn them if it wasn’t scanned, so I didn’t earn the rewards. We have eaten here several times but I don’t think we will be back for a while. Very disappointed.

Wasn't too thrilled when I ordered a mushroom swiss burger and received a cooled mushroom Swiss burger with no mushrooms. Fries were cold. My mother liked her salad, though. But then again, there ain't too many ways to screw up a salad.
We have not been to the loop in a while live in the neighborhood and thought we would give it a try again. Well we ordered burgers, fries, salads, etc. All the burgers were supposed to be medium to medium well. I took a bite of mine. The bacon was nice and chewy so I took a second bite. It was raw. Called the restaurant they said they never had any complaints that night. Pretty sad, ruined my meal.
The atmosphere is nice. Very clean and somewhat stylish inside. I went with a group of friends and we got our food decently quickly (I ordered the soup of the day and it was ready by the time I had filled my drink!). The soup was really good and everyone else also seemed to enjoy their meal. Decently priced as well.
The tomato bisque soup was the best I’ve ever had! The Mediterranean wrap was awesome! I would definitely get the same thing again! My friend said that her pizza was delicious!
The reviews have this pizza place right! After 13 hours on our road trip, we were looking to avoid fast food yet needed a family friendly restaurant relatively close to I-95 for our road tired crew. The staff were very polite and the pizza was great. The restaurant is charming, yet simple with an order at the counter set up. The town is trendy with a lively vibe. Highly recommend.
The pizza was pretty good (although a bit overpriced for what it was) and I really liked the tomato soup… but the burger was just awful. I asked for well done, and it was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. Zero flavor, and the fries were absolutely stale and cold.
