Their burgers are so good, juicy, not heavy and cooked to your liking. I'd customize mine next time with an aioli or dressing if available. Prices are reasonable and service is always good. If you're going for something specific on the menu call ahead to be sure they have it. One time I went there for a soup they had on the website and other locations but when we got there they said they didn't offer it at this location. Parking like anywhere in san marco square can be quick or may take a bit to find.

I ordered through Uber Eats and unfortunately my order was missing some items. I order 2 sets of additional chicken and received 1 set and also ordered the loop bacon cheeseburger to see no patty on the burger. I always order from this location and never had an issue. Ordering at the loop isn’t cheap however you want good food you’ll pay the price. The manager Quinton apologized numerous times and I informed him I ordered delivery as I was unable to leave to pick up lunch. He agreed to deliver my food and went the extra mile and remade my order correctly. It is much appreciated and I don’t want it to be swept under the rug or forgotten about! Thank you Quinton for going out of your way to deliver the order remade correctly. It is much appreciated!

Excellent service Anna was helpful, she offered to get refills for us. Food was delicious always great to eat at a locally owned restaurant with yummy 😋 😊 food and clean. The burgers cooked to order and off cause you just have to get a milk shake with that.

We have been to this location plenty of times. Not sure of what happened to the quality. We called to order to go because Uber eats is just a joke. We ordered a bbq bacon cheddar burger rare with double meat and a side of fries. A mushroom Swiss burger medium rare with no bun and a side of crispy fries with 3 cups of ranch. And an order of warm blue cheese chips. They said fifteen minutes. So I drove up there after about ten minutes. Due to it being in San Marco you know parking is horrible. I walked in and stood in line to pay and after paying the person behind the counter said that it would be a few more minutes. I waited for a few minutes and then walked back up to see if it had come out but it wasn’t. I did this a couple more times to no avail. So then I decided to stand by the counter just waiting. Then after a few more minutes I asked again to a different person working and they found it sitting in a different area and it had been ready for over fifteen minutes. I’m just ready to get it and go by this time so I head home. Once home we get ready to eat only to find out fries are now onion rings. Burgers are both cooked beyond well done. No bbq in my bbq bacon cheddar burger. Not one drop of ranch after ordering three cups of ranch. So after seeing all this my wife called to let them know only to receive a sorry about your luck coffee cup attitude from the lady on the phone. I wish that google would allow a zero star rating for this one. Maybe management can figure out what went wrong. But forty bucks for two burgers and chips seems that the extra price would insure correct orders.

Update 2/25: Mgr Todd, Ariana, Nicholas and staff has really made me feel welcome. Very friendly. Very helpful!!! Thank you for the turn around!!! Been coming here for years. Today "Skyler with an E" made me know I'm not welcome here. Sad, ppl in mgt are this way when speaking to long time customers. Been a faithful customer since Regency, Bowden, Wells Rd locations were open. Never have i been disrespected to this level!!!

The Loop is like Mexico... DON'T DRINK THE WATER. Honestly, I like the food. My pizza was great (I got the Special); the toppings were fresh, the sauce was tasty, and the dough was done perfectly. My wife's burger was overcooked, but how hard is it to cook a burger medium well? I give her three starts for choosing that at all. The prices were decent, the service was fine, the counter staff were reasonably well-mannered, and the place was pretty clean. It was loud inside, and it wasn't packed, so I'm thinking they could use some sound-diffusing panels on the walls or on the ceiling. All in all, the experience was decent (except I had to wait to use the men's room because it was occupied - by a woman - which wasn't their fault), but not top-notch. If that was it, it would have been a 3-star visit. But that was until I tasted the water. The water was HORRIBLE. I actually thought they scooped it out of a public pool. Maybe it was their dish water. It ruined my entire meal. Be prepared for an okay experience with good food for a decent price. Just DON'T DRINK THE WATER.

Locally owned place that serves great food. The burgers are always amazing and cooked perfect. Pizza is always made fresh and the milkshakes are rich creamy goodness that is out of this world. Definitely stop by here for lunch or dinner it will definitely do the trick.

If you haven't been to this place... go! Everything is great, it isn't bad w prices either. I mean, even the broccoli was fantastic. How many places can you say that about? It was clean, staff was friendly. The only difficult part was finding parking as it is in a very busy, small area with tons of shops and lots of people. The restaurant itself had a lot of people in their, yet didn't feel crowded. I highly recommend this place. Even the kids cheese pizza was made with fresh cheese. Something for everyone here.

I used to frequent the Loop for years awhile back but they had declined and I stopped going. Visited this on yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. I just may start adding it back to our rotation of restaurants.
