Great thrift store, and I mean really great! They have a huge selection, you can literally find anything here. Their prices are great, even cheaper than Goodwill. I got a shirt for $2 here, and at Goodwill the cheapest shirt I have ever gotten there was $5. But hey, it could be due to my small size. I struggle with finding clothes in Texas that fit me due to my size. When I find clothes that fit I take it. I didn't have problem finding shirts and dresses here that fit me.
Horrible experience. This Spanish worker older lady with glasses I asked her if she could open the restrooms for me or who I could get the code from for the restrooms. She ignores me and puts her hand up and I guess expects me to wait for her to put her whole rack away. I’m very much pregnant and the urgency was there so I wait like 1 min or 2 standing beside her while she’s putting clothes away. Then, I walk away because she’s not acknowledging me and I go find another worker to open the restrooms because they’re locked. The cashier gets someone else to open them for me and when I’m walking back to the restrooms that lady looks at me angry and starts scolding at me in Spanish thinking I wouldn’t understand 😂. The other worker who opened the door for me I told her that the older lady is VERY RUDE. And even the worker agreed and said yeah she’s rude. How unprofessional was that, if it was such a BIG PROBLEM to open the restrooms for customers then maybe the BUSINESS shouldn’t be locking them. We did speak to a manager on duty and said she’ll speak to her…
I purchased a beautiful block crystal vase from here this morning, but didn't notice it missing until I finished errands and unpacked 2hrs later. I immediately called them and when I got on the phone they did their best to see if it was still there. We never found it (my hopes weren't too high when I went back, but I'm still devastated), they took down my information, and said they'd call me back if they find out anything. They offered me something else in exchange. Their employees were friendly, and the manager was extremely understanding and sympathetic.
Bianca at the 410 & Ingram location is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. Also, when a store has self checkout but you have to be assisted by a store worker who keeps double scanning items, it tends to make the customer mad. Then when you call her on it she wants to argue that the machine doesn’t let you scan it again after the item has already been scanned but she has already taken the charge off for a double scanned item. Long story short, I ended up walking out paying for several items twice!

I was really impressed with this thrift store! We were visiting from Houston, and my son happened to forget his jacket! I saw this store, so we ran in and immediately found a great boys jacket for a steal of a deal! The employee welcomed us when she found out we were from out of town, and gave us that BIG Texas-San Antonio welcome! 🙏🏻 Thank you guys! Great prices and great experience!
