Great selection but how in the hell are you going to not offer dressing rooms and then not do returns so you can't make sure that it fits so if you buy something that doesn't fit and you spend that money then you're screwed cuz they don't return it is the most absurd policy I have ever seen in the store

I have never been to a thrift store where there were shoes on every row. Araceli was awesome!!! When I come back to San Antonio, this is where I will come.

The NEWS should cover a story on Thrift Stores! I'm shocked to see the pricing increase soooo much. I see many items sold for more than you can get it new. With the items being donated, we all should all be surprised at how much profit Texas Thrift Stores and its owners are making. The NEWS should cover a story like this showing both sides (owner/consumer). They might prove me wrong!!! But untill then...

I love this location and Sylvia is so helpful! My son was having a fit and she gave him a candy to calm him down. Love the customer service!

Texas Thrift Store of Ingram Road is a vast thrift store featuring many different items that are slightly organized. The prices are pretty high, which people commonly complain. The service sometimes is pretty rude at times, which I do not appreciate. The bathrooms are outdated and are definitely in need of a major rework. However, you may find what you are looking for here. Overall, this is a decent thrift store but customer service could be improved a lot.

Liz who was a cashier and working at the checkout is very friendly. She smiles all the time while scanning our merchandise. She’s very energetic and working tirelessly to finish the transaction.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience shopping here! The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how incredibly clean and organized the entire store was. Unlike many thrift stores, everything was neatly displayed, making it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. The store also smelled fresh and clean, which made shopping even more enjoyable. The selection was amazing! There was a huge variety of clothing, shoes, home décor, kitchen items, furniture, books, toys, and unique treasures. No matter what you’re looking for, there’s a good chance you’ll find it here. I loved that they had something for every style and budget, and I found several great items that looked like they had barely been used. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and you could tell they take pride in keeping the store in excellent condition. The shelves and racks were well stocked without being cluttered, so it was easy to take your time and discover hidden gems throughout the store. If you enjoy thrift shopping, this is definitely a place worth visiting. Between the spotless environment, the fresh smell, the huge selection, and the affordable prices, it’s one of the best thrift stores I’ve been to. I’ll definitely be coming back often and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality finds in a clean, inviting atmosphere.

This used to be my #1 go to thrift store for the last 10-12 years but within the last year it has become my least favorite and last resort thrift store. EVERYTHING here is now horrible. The new layout, the disgusting biohazard of a bathroom, the rude employees, the loud music, the prices, the not so self "self checkout" and more. Like why offer self checkout and we still have to wait for an employee to check us out? You should've just kept the cash registers the way they were. This hasn't helped speed up the checkout process at all AND people are all up in your business about what you're buying. Plus the computer says the price of every item you purchase and your total. I don't need others knowing how much I spent. Now let's talk prices. 1st off you receive all these items free via donations. You all have the audacity to be charging 20, 30 and 40 dollars for USED items all because of the label? Did y'all forget you're a thrift store and not Dillard's?? Not even your fake discount color helps. Yes fake. Even on the 1st day of the new discount color, you can NEVER find items with the discounted colors. Why? Because the employees pull them. I've seen employees rolling cart fulls to the back with all the same discount color tags. Horrible way to do business. They also took away dressing rooms and now have a no return policy in place. The combination of high prices, no way to try on before you buy and no returns is again, horrible way to do business. Who would want to risk buying anything from here at this point. Also, they keep the bathrooms locked and when you ask for them to be opened the employees act like it's such an inconvenience. The bathrooms seriously need to be gutted, sanitized and redone. It's a legit health hazard in there. This place has really become one of the worst thrift stores to shop at. NWT jeans still with the Ross tag for $24.99, texas thrift has their price at $39.99. Make it make sense!!! $29.99 for a used athletic top. Smh
