This place seems to have lost its value over the years. Prices have increased and during our last visit, several staff were unpleasant and condescending. Likely won’t return.
Why have self checkout lanes, but cashiers don't want you to ring stuff up?
TLDR: DOESN'T HAVE FITTING ROOMS, THEY HIDE 75% TAGS, ASSISTED SELF CHECK OUT I came here because they have a huge selection of pants that aren't just jeans. And was really excited to find a bunch of decent quality stuff. Only when I had a entire cart full, did I find out they don't have fitting rooms. How am I supposed to buy something if I don't know it fits? I ended up putting everything back. And THEY DONT HAVE ANY SIGNS THAT TELL YOU THAT. I walked around for like 10 minutes looking and ending up finding out by looking through the reviews on here. HUGE WASTE OF TIME They also brag a ton about having daily sales including a 75% off but the employees take all the clothes and hide it in the back so why even bother advertising that you have it???? They also have a bunch of self checkout stands but you have to wait for an employee to assist you. It would literally make more sense just to pay your employee to be an actual cashier instead of what they're doing. A lot of reviews on here talk about the music being really loud and it's okay. You can definitely hear it but it's not overpowering. doesn't mean it's good music though. Oh and everything is pretty pricey for what it is They have a massive selection of clothes, some decent toys, and household goods

Everything is SO expensive! $13 for a stained T-Shirt! Are you kidding me?! All the good stuff is marked up so high. Only visit if you are willing to spend a LOT! The worst part is that they don’t even have fitting rooms! You’re just supposed to spend all your money on crap that you don’t even know fits! Horrible place, will never come back

3 stars bc I do appreciate the employees trying their best with the management they have. Overheard a manager talking down to a young lady while I was in self checkout. Music is so loud and it’s not even good music. I do enjoy being able to find such good things each time I go but I have noticed I rarely find 75 off tag. I’ve gotten lucky a handful but that’s about it. However there is no fitting room and no returns which is expected but still disappointing. I enjoy that there is “sales” as opposed to goodwill. However I feel like their home section is lacking a lot. I always feel like there’s more trash and junk then there is actual stuff you can use. Shoutout to this one middle aged woman who always strikes a conversation with my mother and I each time we went. You can tell she enjoys conversing with the customers and helping them out. I wish I got her name but hopefully others know who I mean.
