What an unbelievable experience at this Sur La Table! We walked into this store and were immediately impressed with the service that Nivek and Mike provided us. They are so knowledgeable about the products in the store and they genuinely want to help without being pushy. Will definitely be back!

Sur La Table, right by Pike Place, is such a great store to browse if you love to cook. They've got a great selection, and the whole place feels inviting instead of overwhelming. Big shoutout to Sebastian and the rest of the associates working that shift. I didn't catch everyone's names, but they were all genuinely great. Super friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Especially the female associate who was working that day and was an absolute hoot. She had me laughing and made the whole experience more fun. The staff alone make this place feel welcoming with zero pretentiousness. Really just a fun place to shop if you're into cooking or like poking around for nice kitchen toys. Definitely worth stopping by if you're near Pike Place. 5 Stars
Always a pleasure visiting Sur La Table particularly this location. The staff are helpful, and although the space is small, it carries all the essentials. Special thanks to Nivel for demonstrating how to properly sharpen a knife in a clear, practical, and genuinely useful. He was friendly, proactive in offering assistance, and even offered coffee during my visit. This location is well worth recommending.
Good morning, I had a fantastic team with Kendall at the helm assisting me in outfitting a satellite kitchen with All-Clad pans, cutting boards, Shun Knives, Mandolin, butter curler, I can go on and on, she went above and beyond locating, advising and suggestions including purchasing the Reidel glasses online for a better deal with the boxes of 8 red and white wine glasses instead of multiple 2 box packages, she also helped price shop for the half sheet pans we needed. It all started with a phone call with a few questions next thing I know she was pulling items from the back and holding them for me, we ended up purchasing over 40 items that were needed for the kitchen, they helped me secure a parking space and load up the bags and boxes in my car, the 1st time I went down to the store they stayed open to help me after they were closing, needless to say this was exemplary customer service and excellent knowledge of the thousands of products they offer. Originallly I called Crate and Barrel and I'm fortunate that I decided to also call and inquire at Sur la Table. Thank you.
