Swung by Sur La Table on 1/4/26 with my husband. We had such a wonderful experience, I had to share. Every staff member was so friendly and hospitable. Mike and Mark were very helpful and made our shopping easy and fun! Can't wait to come back to keep upgrading our kitchen!
Went in for a return, walked out impressed. Sur La Table on Pine St turned “ugh, returns” into a 5-star experience. Friendly, fast, zero hassle. If customer service were a recipe, they nailed it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had an incredible shopping experience at this location today. I popped in as I havent shopped here in store before and was planning on just doing a quick look. However, one of the sales associate who greeted me kindly offered me a cup of coffee(it was delicious btw). It gave me the energy to end up actually start shopping around the store. Throughout my shopping, multiple associates checked in to see if I had any questions about anything and Charles even came by with a basket when he saw that I had multiple items in my hand. I haven't experienced this kind of attentiveness in a store in a while. I usually shop online but this experience will definitely make me repeat customer!
Mike did an amazing job of assisting my husband with all his questions about knifes. We walked out with one that my husband is so pleased!
They have wide variety of kitchen utensils. They have most top brands and good quality items. Our better half’s will be more interested if they are interested in cooking.

Wow. This store is amazing. The attention to detail that Nivek and his team provided us when we were looking to buy an expresso machine was something you just don’t find anymore. Will definitely come back just on the education part. Thank you.
Cheap construction. Bought this solid metal skimmer two years ago. Quality has gone downhill.
Charles was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward a new set of knives and pots. We wanted items that would really last and we appreciate his knowledge and support. We came in the midst of a busy holiday season and crowd, but everyone was warm and present. It's great to have a relationship with someone you can trust at a local store!
