I went into this kitchen Supply store and it was amazing how many tool you can get for your kitchen. I was wanting a certain Vegetable knife but they only had a double cut edge not a single cut edge like the Japanese knifes had. The Staff was nice and they had some Beautiful Cutlery. Thanks for your Hospitality.
I'd love to buy a knife and find a sharpener today but unfortunately they have two (2) people working on a busy Saturday. I stood in front of the knife case for 25 minutes, no one came to help. I am not waiting in a line to get help only to have to wait in line again to check out. I also could not find a sharpener. Again, there is no help in this store. I will have to spend elsewhere for new chefs knives. I won't try this store ever again.
We live just across the street and love the store however last night was the last time we will ever go back. The person we asked for help was extremely rude. She even informed us they would be closing soon. We honestly felt so awkward that I tried leaving out the back door not to walk by her again but it was locked. And so was the front, so she either way, it was extremely awkward. Plus it was still 5 minutes until closing 5:55 pm when we finally escaped. That was a horribly experience and one I will not be back for.

My friends and I had the weirdest interaction with an employee. The moment we walk in, it sort of felt like she thought we couldn’t afford anything there because we didn’t fit their target audience of suburban mom — so she was following us everywhere around the store (and I mean everywhere. I was looking at the pots and she’d pop around the corner to watch me with her arms crossed) and asking questions like “what brings you here?” but in a rude way. Super uncomfortable experience lol. Stop profiling customers.
Best customer service experience so far! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great kitchen accessories. We bought a cast iron garlic roaster, which everyone should have in their lives 😉
I like the high end kitchenware products that they carry. It's pricey but I find it more practical than some of the stuff William & Sonoma carries. Sales associates are pleasant and helpful. The design layout is a mess for how the products are displayed. It's very cluttered. It would be nice if they had a larger stock of products.
I was searching for cutlery here. The staff were pleasant and assisted me with my query. Less one star because the cutlery section was limited (and that's what I was looking for) however, the rest of the store was packed full of goodies, including quality tea towels and aprons, and all types of plates, bowls, glasses and mugs, etc. There are many catering supplies, including a variety of kitchen accessories that can be difficult to find, some of which I bought (quality bowl scraper, small tongs, etc).
Joey was awesome and super knowledgeable helping to pick out my next chef’s knife!!
