This place always seems to constantly disappoint. I always give the benefit of the doubt and occasionally come back, but it seems like the incompetence of the staff and poor management make the experience appalling. The wait times for normal walk-in is 30mins since they prioritize online orders first. My last visit I walked in and waited 48 minutes to be attended. The most disappointing part is that they apparently changed their closing hours to 9:45 PM when the website states that they close At 10 PM. They refused my business at the door and turned me away and was met with hostile attitude. Although they have an OK selection and moderate deals, it is not worth the headache of the poor service they provide. Please save yourself your time and money and highly recommend a different dispensary.
The delivery driver was amazing. Very courteous respectful and professional. The only reason I gave four stars was because I didn’t want it to affect the delivery driver otherwise I would’ve given one star for the use of the app not working properly trying to get a hold of technical support not really giving a rhyme or reason why what’s going on and was told that IT was working for a better experience which I’ve heard time and time again. The ordering part from the app and even off of the web are horrendous and horrible but the drivers and staff are fantastic. So five star rating for the driver but a one star for execution on ease of ordering.
Miranda was very helpful and friendly. She was able to get me what I wanted very quickly . She is also very knowledgeable on the products and effects. I really haven’t had any bad experience with any of the staff since I’ve been going. One of my favorite budtenders by far
This was my second time at Caliva, first time as a customer. I ordered online. The process was nice and quick. Erica was very helpful and told me about a buy one get one half off special. She made my experience very enjoyable

I actually don’t know how this place is in business, they beat the prices of my local dispensaries on all items even with delivery, I save probably around 30% on every order vs visiting my local shop

My most recent visit was with Grayson he was awesome. They're always helpful here and make sure you get the best deal for your money! Miranda help me out today she was awesome! She helped me make a decision on what to get and it was great. They have great deals and customer perks too. I had a new person help me today forget her name but it doesn't really matter everyone there seems to always be in a good mood happy and willing to help! It's my go-to club and there's a reason why, customer service is very important to me and quality and I've never been disappointed here. They have great discounts that switch up depending on the time of week but they've always got something going on! Take a trip you'lle skip all the way to your car!
My first experience with the budtender Mark was unwelcoming, and seemed like he was bothered I was there shopping. Wasn't personable and seemed uneasy to engage. The guy at the reception desk and security greeter outside were very welcoming and deserve praise for how welcoming they were.
