STIIIZY San Jose (Caliva)

This dispensary hands down is one of the best in the BayArea.These people’s prices are dirt cheap and if you don’t love Stiizy you just don’t get it.im not sure about other South Bay dispos but this is on par with Surf City in Santa Cruz which is top rated by myself( and many others). What makes Caliva#1 is 20% off military and over65 like myself. Thank you Nicolet

Alex is the best!!!! So many options and all the prices are better than any other dispo in the area. I think I got 2-3x the product for the price I’ve spent elsewhere. So happy to find a place I can stock up on my essential and favorite products!! Thank you so much, Alex !!!!!!

So sad and I really feel for the staff. Bought out by Stiizy (look up their CEOs and you’ll see three corporate folks who definitely are faking the lifestyle). Whole vibe shift and prices are higher. This is the Bay, not LA, and the aesthetic is off - we like real hippies and real vibes. Hope the awesome staff can weather this.

Caliva has great deals and we have never had an uncomfortable experience today. The budtender asked my husband if he would like to give his change to the tip jar, and my husband was taken aback and said no I’m sorry. We have never been directly asked if we wanted to give our change to them as a tip.. made us feel very uncomfortable.

I would like to report this to the store managers. My wife stopped by yesterday to make a purchase, as we always do—we have been regular customers for six years. She told me that the security guard outside was making inappropriate advances and disrespecting her; I find this unacceptable, and I spoke with Alex, the manager, to let him know about the guard's behavior. It is completely inappropriate for someone to try to overstep boundaries with a woman. Alex the manager know what I talking about it’s the security guard on the white Altima car

This place has changed quite a bit! For the past 4 months, nearly every time I have placed an online order, I received notices letting me know that my order is ready. Only to find out that when I arrive after riding my bike across town, the order was changed due to lack of inventory. No Advance notice, no phone call or email!! I've had to complain to a manager every time. One of the managers was nice enough to make things right for me, but he wasn't in today and this is getting out of hand! When I arrived to pick up my recent order, and found out that it had been changed due to lack of inventory, I decided to cancel the order and go someplace else. I've also decided to take a break and shop somewhere else. I would recommend either calling ahead of time to make sure all inventory is available, or just choosing another dispensary altogether.

I had a pleasant experience here courtesy of Jason. He handled my order perfectly, made sure that I was aware of all promotions, and made sure I was enrolled in the rewards program. Class S customer seevice!

Went here last week and it was fine, went to order online today and it's a completely different experience now. The selection is now very Stiiizy-focused and not much variety. They emailed me a 10% off promo code with no place to input it on their website. I don't think I'll be coming back to Caliva anymore.

Shout out to the HELLA rude girl with the 2 ponytails similar to Princess Leia. "Might be Claire", per her colleague. She decided today was a good day to be Rudy Pants and speak highly aggressively because I parked in the wrong spot... in an empty parking lot. Been coming here for years and I'm disabled so I parked in the closest spot. Well I realized I forgot something and had to park at the end of the lot, with more people, in spot 15 - the disabled spots that's hard to walk from with chronic knee pain (to name a few ailments). California Collectives around the corner is much better with. The staff and security here at Caliva, MUST think their stuff don't stink. And I don't mean the meds. Poor dude who delivered my package to walk all the way to stall 15 in 77° weather. Thanks "Claire". You're a 🌟 👎. Not what you say it's how you say it!!!!
