STIIIZY San Jose (Caliva)

They were great at one point , but the inconsistency with the damn website is beyond obnoxious. It constantly glitches. They change anything? Deletes all your documents and information. Stop messing w your website or PAY FOR A REAL PROFESSIONAL. I’m so tired of their system. Can’t use your rewards, can’t upload documents, they’re stizzy strictly now, promos no longer work. I’ll be looking for an alternative One star now. Charged me $8.00 total in non ATM transaction fees. Have them evidence then back pedaled after trying to blame my bank. Customer service sucks, system sucks, payment system sucks, weed selection sucks, the whole team that works there? A bunch of burn outs clearly.

Airfield was out of the usual ones i buy. So i came to caliva just for a change. I find a HUMAN HAIR full of oil sticking to it which is absolutely disgusting. And they are saying it's normal 😂 So Decide for yourself amigos

First time back since the ownership change and most likely my last. The updates look great, but the atmosphere felt a bit unwelcoming.

Arrived around 8:25p, there’s a roped line outside to get in about 8 mins where they scan your ID. Then a second line in the lobby about 5 mins where they scan your ID again. Then you get buzzed into the store where there’s a 3rd line about 15 to get to a register to order/pay. About 30 mins to even get to register… felt like I was at the DMV…. except at least DMV has chairs. Horrible set up, won’t return to this location.

Came here pretty much straight from the airport to get some sativa. Staff were very friendly - security and all. Passport as ID is needed if your visiting the country - as expected (but the security guard told me everyone forgets) they can't scan your regular ID unless it's American I believe. I let staff know it was my first time buying legally in a shop and they were very helpful in getting what I wanted. Highly recommended. Not too far from city center. No photos allowed inside

I’ve been a Caliva regular for a long time, and was definitely bummed to hear they were getting purchased by Stiizy. Not because I have a problem with their company (quite the contrary, actually), but because it would mean inventory and price disruptions, clunky transitions on their website, and just general growing pains going from one owner to the next. Today I left very happy with my purchase (both price and product), although I wish they would re-stock “not your father’s soda”, don’t drop that one! Anyway I’ll continue to come back, and I recommend everyone just give them a little patience and the benefit of the doubt during their transition

I seen online they had a gramlin live rosin cartridge called slurty 3 it said on the website it was 87% thc but after buying it and when I looked at it when I got home it said it was only 82% idk how many else products they have on there website missed labeled but definitely double check before you bad I sadly made the mistake and didn’t make sure but i would think that they would have all the info correct and I tried calling a couple days before I went in and no answers the phone even when I tried to call to let them know about there mistake and still no answer I kinda disappointed with the service and the misleading information on the website it sucks you have to double check before making the purchase I the pictures as well to prove it

Always 5 star service! I'm greeted with smiles (pre covid to current) and kindness every time. If I don't know something, the knowledgeable staff is available to assist. Clean, well organized, easy to navigate and the perfect atmosphere. Caliva is huge! The entire Southwest corner of South 7th Street and Phelan in San Jose. Less than 10 -15 minutes from SJC (Norman Y. Mineta International Airport). Caliva is not a mom and pop small shop. If dispensaries are intimidating, this will be a safe and educated place to start.

My car was hit near this store when going around to find the car plate the employees as well as the Manager were nonstop rude and wouldn't help the security footage but as soon as the police pulled up their whole attitude switched up, I would never recommend this store as even with the time I spent in there they had nothing but terrible products. You're better off going across the street to any of the 3 other weed shops nearby

This is my favorite dispensary and Nicolette is the best! She is so kind and welcoming and was happy to pull several recommendations based on what I was looking for. Thank you so much for your recommendation, the guava cart from bloom was AMAZING
