It must mean nothing to be a consistent customer for over 6 years. This business needs to seriously work on marketing the adjustments to their business hours as well as policy changes. In general, communication needs improvement vastly. I have been coming in for months for the early bird special, which reduces the cost of your item if you come in before noon, independent on the items price. Well, I take the time to drive 20 miles over to take advantage of that deal once again, only to be told that the deal is only honored now if you hit a minimum of $50 before tax. I asked if they could honor it this time since there was no communication around the change. Was told it was impossible and that they changed it because it wasn't making the business enough money. Customer service here has gone out the window- I can't believe my business means nothing. Instead of of making a sale, you watched me leave empty handed.
The place is nice. Great selection that changes every so often. As long as you shop the deals it isn't too expensive. But just know if you see a price online they may charge more in store and ignore the listed price online. A lot of great people working there but every now and again you get a budtender too lazy to do their job properly. You would think grabbing a few items and ringing someone up wouldn't be too difficult but for some people it is. Sometimes they are rude and dismissive. Unfortunately the whole experience can be ruined by a few employees too incompetent to do a job they signed up for.
They renamed the same product. And sell it for more There should be a cannabis quality inspector.
David was amazing...very knowledgeable, really listened before making his recommendations and hooked me up with a great product and a great deal! 😁 He never rushed me, which I really appreciated, as a brand new customer. So , GO Caliva, GO! You guys are doin' it just right!

We have ordered from Caliva a few times now. I absolutely love them!! Their website is easy to use, they have an amazing point system. Their delivery drivers are always so nice and professional. Kevin (I believe that is his name) is really professional and polite. I also love the deals they always have! But the best part, I CAN PAY ONLINE INSTEAD IF CASH!! I haven’t found many places that accept card for delivery. You guys rock!
First time here. The staff was very friendly and explained the perks of being a first time member. Yesenia was very nice and showed us products we asked for. We weren't rushed at all unlike other places you need to know what you want as soon as you get to the counter.
She was perfect. She let me pick and gave me suggestions and I left content.
I have had David take care of me a few times and he is always super patient and helpful in recommendations or answering questions. I’ve never felt rushed out unwanted. Huge shout out to him and his great customer service 🤘
