I was having problems ordering Papa & Barley products online. My mother is using them for pain management and really needs it. I called Caliva for help. Loc, the dispatch manager, walked me through setting up an account and placing my order online. He was so patient and helpful. It is now 9:57am and they are going to deliver the balm and tincture between 11am and 1pm! Thank you Caliva!!!!!

i always have a great experience here and the deals are awesome. budtenders are always super knowledgeable and great with suggestions. Johnny helped me out today and he was awesome:) knew all about the products and made great recommendations. thank you!! give this man a raise!!!!

They should offer better promotions for as large as they are.

Just very disappointed in their service. In store is fine, but delivery has been a nightmare. Not the drivers, they are great, but there always seems to be an incorrect code, charge or other pricing issue. I was over the free delivery minimum, and still got charged. I reached out using their ticket system and no one got back to me ever. The time before this, I used a code and they updated my order and told me the other code was better and it was not- costing me almost 20$ more. I had to cancel the order and get it sent again because they couldn't alter it once it was processed apparently even though the edited it on me. I also tried their chat function and it takes ages for anyone to write a message (waited over 20 minutes for a human to reply once). Then they told me that I should have contacted them earlier when I found out I had an order issue and didn't have a response to no one answering the online chat. Overall, I will not be recommending or using this company anymore. They have terrible customer service if something goes wrong, do not have transparent pricing or polices, and I get different information from each person I speak to. Like I said, its all nice and good if you have no issues, but if you have an issue, expect it to be hellish to solve and you will get attitude from the employees and it will waste your time significantly and they don't care enough to at least meet you halfway. I am very patient and rarely get upset- I understand how hard or confusing this can be, but I at least expect a response or a solution. Caliva has not offered either in multiple situations. My favorite dispensary is White Fire, down the street. Go over there and you will get treated right every time.

Always great service and very knowledgeable. When I first started going I was very new to this world and their associates helped me with all of my questions, offered great recommendations and even had a new customer free item. They typically have daily specials for discounts. On top of that you can pick it up in person or you can get it delivered! Definite Recommendation. If you have a bad experience with service or a product let them know and they’ll do their best to accommodate you as well.

Dawn was extremely informative and recommended great products. Her product knowledge made her well informed and you can tell she was very sympathetic to the pain I was experiencing. She was very engaging and her personality shined! Awesome bud-tender!! :)
