We had a fantastic and seamless experience with Solterra. Our install was seamless and ahead of schedule. Everyone at the company was very nice and informative, taking time to educate us on the system itself and the integration with our local utility.

The SolTerra panels have been providing power to me and to the grid for about two weeks now! I like how clean the system looks on the roof and the side of the house. Kevin from SolTerra was very professional and explained everything to my satisfaction, and he was also able to answer all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone interested in providing solar power to their residence.

SolTerra did a fantastic job with our solar installation. The entire process was a great experience - professional, clear and timely communications, great customer service. They provided lots of information and options regarding what they could offer us, and I'm very pleased we went with them. In addition they were super helpful with financing with a partnership with PSCCU. The panels were install ahead of schedule and have been working flawlessly. We are extremely happy with the results!

Aimee is probably wondering where this review is. Especially since I wrote this 9 months ago. The bottom line is I was waiting for the one year anniversary of our system so I could properly analyze the performance of the system. At one year we produced 14.2(-ish)MWh, from a system that was designed for 12.4(-ish)MWh performance after 25 years. The “overproduction” is also in part due to moving some panels from west to south facing. Running the numbers, it is exactly what should have been produced. The actual consumption was a good bit lower than the design for a couple of reasons. First, we replaced our roof as “part” of the solar installation. This actually reduced our heating and cooling needs, since our attic finally had ventilation. We also added an EV to our home, estimated at 3MWh, but we don’t really drive as much as “normal” people. Lastly, Solterra added a Span smart electric panel at our request, and I enjoyed turning off circuits remotely while we were away from home. The bottom line here is that we still have 4.4MWh of excess production. Even knocking 15% off the total at 25 years (higher than the 8% the REC panels specify), we will have over 2MWh to “burn.” Looks like we are going to consider replacing the gas stove and tankless hot water heater with electric! Finally, I can’t say enough good things about the installation team. Super professional, and worked well with my roofer to route the wiring around the end of the roof and avoid penetrating the roof. We have even had them return to install the EV charging plug.

I had so many issues on my end with getting our system put together but Nick, Marisa and Scott were all so patient and helpful through the whole process! They did a great job with the work, with making sure I understood everything that was happening on both their end and mine. The people who came out and installed the panels were highly efficient, very friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. I really appreciated everything this company did and am exceptionally pleased with the experience overall as well as the results of the project! I will absolutely be recommending SolTerra to anyone in the area who is thinking about going solar.

The experience was very good, start to finish. The company was excellent at communicating schedules, expectations, and next steps. They have very professional project management, who did a great job making sure nothing (permits, inspections, electrification) fell through the cracks, and who kept us informed of the progress right through to project completion. We had a full electrical service upgrade done in conjunction, and the electricians were top-notch. The installers were prompt, pleasant, professional, and tidy. And our system starting exporting electricity as soon as PSE energized it, even on a short, cloudy, foggy day! I can't wait for summer, to see the production then!

Solterra did a great job overall with our backup battery system installation, it is a wonderful system that has been working flawlessly and provides peace of mind knowing that if power from the grid is lost we will still have power. I appreciate everything done by Marvin, Aaron, Tim, Kendall, Paige, Neil and Rochele. They thoroughly explained the operation and answered all our questions. We already have a solar panel system from Solterra which was installed in 2018 that has worked great so adding the battery system was icing on the cake.

SolTerra has been the best to work with in every aspect of the process of our 27 panel system. We chose to go with SolTerra mostly because of our experience working with Nick Richardson. Nick helped us understand the details of our proposal and was readily available anytime we had questions throughout the process. The rest of the crew was wonderful as well. We received updates leading up to our install date and daily communication on the crews progress and next steps for the following day. The crew was thoughtful and very nice to work with. The electrician made sure to answer any and all of our questions. We had extra electrical work done to accommodate an electric vehicle plug for a faster charge. All in all, our experience was easy and seamless from start to finish. We could not be happier with how everything went and the savings we are enjoying by making our own energy from solar. SolTerra recently installed my home solar panels. The service from their sales, admin, and installation personnel was excellent. The whole process from initial sales negotiations, contract signing, installation through initial operation went exactly as promised. There were no surprises. All questions and/or concerns were addressed satisfactorily in a timely manner. The high quality of installation work was quickly validated by county inspectors and subsequent connection to the power grid by the power company. All 27 panels are now working as advertised and producing electrical output even on rainy, cloudy days. On clear, sunny days they easily produce more electricity than we can use during daylight hours, so we're able to export energy to the grid for which we get financial credit.
