Our steep metal roof in January made for a challenging installation, but once a weather window permitted, they were super fast. It only took 3 days. SolTerra is a fabulous company to work with. Solterra installed a solar power system on our home in April 2025. We selected Soltera because in all of our interactions with the company, we were impressed with the knowledge and expertise of their team. Our installation went very smoothly and the team kept us informed every step of the way. The finished system looks very professional and is already offsetting most of our electrical needs, even in a Seattle spring. Solterra makes going solar so easy and we couldn't be happier with our decision! The entire team at Solterra is amazing and so responsive! Kendall went out of his way to get me a quote the same day to make sure we had the information needed to make an informed decision. He has answered all of our questions and has been very helpful and quick to respond. We also were very pleasantly surprised that they were able to get our solar system installed in April when they initially said it would likely be installed in June. Paige and the admin team also did an amazing job with getting everything set up with permits and letting us know how things were going. They took care of every little detail. We had some issues on our end with scheduling (you need to be home during the inspection) but they were able to accommodate and made the install process so easy. Additionally, several of the companies we talked to told us that system monitoring was not included but with Solterra it is. They set you up with the Enphase app and even give you an explanation of how to use it. Thank you Solterra for doing such a fantastic job!

SolTerra provided great customer service with coming to our home to discuss the project, gave us options to chose from, explained the ins and outs of solar power, and did a great job installing. They responded quickly to all our questions. No complaints whatsoever! Much better than any of my other home upgrades!

I was amazed by SolTerra at every step. I was contacted immediately and handed a plan for solar panels, including placement, choices, cost and benefits. Since no one else gave me a hard copy, I compared every other proposal to SolTerra, and no one came close. Communication was excellent and I knew what was happening from start to finish. Installation was fit to my schedule and 24 panels were on my roof in 3 days. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have my highest recommendation.
