We originally received a quote from another provider and something told us we should shop around. Boy am I glad we did. SolTerra not only came in Way Lower in cost, but we also got a bigger system. The professionalism displayed by Aimee and her team was top notch, and they kept us informed throughout the entire process. If you’re in the market for solar, I highly recommend giving SolTerra a shot at your business.

We worked with Nick Richardson to install 29 panels on the roof of our detached garage. We have a main and 3 subpanels which made this an unusual installation but SolTerra figured it out and everything went very smoothly. Everyone I met was extremely efficient, open to discussing their plans and what they were doing, and very considerate. The company did a great job of handling all of the paperwork while keeping us informed. We installed in Jan and got immediate production. One of the wettest, cloudiest springs on record and we still produced 50% of our usage. Yesterday was our best day so far, producing 200% of what we used. All of Nick's calculations have been spot on. They are the best contractor/installer we have had work on the house - by far!

We had a great experience working with Soltera. They were wonderful and prepared when we first met. I would have felt NO pressure to decide to hold off on our solar project panel. Luke just loved his work and wanted to share his enthusiasm for solar energy and make the financial case for going forward given all the incredible incentives. We got the whole job done quickly to get in under the end of year deadline for tax purposes. Everything went as planned and it was a pleasure to work with the entire team. I love the federal and state tax incentives and digging being an energy mogul from the sun. Great, great company. :)

We are generating solar power, one month ahead of schedule - thanks to SolTerra and Brian Carpenter! Brian was instrumental for this to happen, from the survey phase, through design and installation. He's passionate about solar, but does not try to oversell it. If anything, all the estimates/forecasts we received have been a bit conservative. Every step was completed ahead of schedule and faster than the forecast. The project was as smooth and painless for us as it gets - kudos to Brian and Marissa for working with us around a refinance that was going on at the same time! The installation was scheduled for mid-September, but was completed in the last week of Aug... in 3 days. The electrician and the installers were very professional, informed us of every step of the installation and did a beautiful job. If you are looking for a hassle free and professional solar provider, SolTerra is the one.

Solterra exceeded my expectations in every aspect - and my expectations were high. They were the first to respond to my proposal, provided the most detailed and accurate design, and answered every question and concern. When my project was delayed by others, they stood by me and adapted their schedule to mine. The installation was as clean and professional as it could possibly be. I had my roof replaced in conjunction with the solar install, and Solterra coordinated their work with the other contractor to provide a seamless installation. When Washington state legislative changes provided a tax savings, Solterra passed that directly on to me, a significant saving - even though I wasn't even aware of the change. Communication was first rate from the CEO on down. This is a very well run company with competent, experienced staff who work together to provide excellent service - Highly recommended!

Working with Nick was very easy. I had done my research on Solar and wanted to get them installed. Nick was very patient with me and after a few weeks(on my part) I was able to finally sit down with him and discuss my options with him. He was very through and explained every step and the timeline I'd be looking at. A few week after the contract was signed I received a call and email asking if they could start the installation 2 weeks early. The installation was done is 3 day and the inspection was completed less than a week later. I was able to met back up with Nick after the holidays/vacations and he went over how the meter is read and showed me how to monitor the energy input and usage via their website. Can't wait for the summer to hit so I can really see some major savings. I will recommend SolTerra to anyone that wants to get solar panels.

Everything about our SolTerra experience was exceptional, from working with Kevin to pick out the system that worked best for our home to the amazing installers who were in and out in a flash leaving no trace behind. We have recommended the SolTerra team to everyone who has asked about our system.

The sales pitch, detailed but NOT overwhelming. If you want details on inverters and redundancy Kevin knows it. The installation of the solar panels was faster than we could have imagined. They were down a man and weather was looming, but the crew (Jeff and Jesse) was so good, and the system was streamlined so well, they finished early. The panels were commissioned and working on day 3. We couldn't be any happier with a company's professionalism and commitment to service.

We explored about a dozen different solar companies in the area for getting panels on our house. Solterra was the best value for the money and additionally responsive to our questions and thorough in briefing us about the steps of the process- financing suggestions, panel models, bureaucracy with the electric company, and time frame for the installation itself. We were expecting a lot more pain in the process, but Solterra made it easy.

Complete turn-key experience. They took care of everything and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend.
