Solterra has been an awesome company to work with. I have now installed two systems with them, one for a clinic space and one for my home. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were quite detailed with execution of the planning and installation. We encountered some rough spots along the way, not unexpected, and they were very responsive and helpful when this occurred. I will give them the highest rating. I also believe they are part of a greater movement of moving towards alternative energy at a time when our federal government is turning away. In particular, I worked closely with Nick Richardson at Solterra, who was my initial point of contact with the company, and who continued to play an important role from the design of these projects through installation and final sign off. Nick did a great job and I highly recommend him.

Aimee and her team at SolTerra have been excellent! I bought a house with a recent installation and Aimee reached out proactively to share information and help set up the accounts and ensure the credits and features transferred easily. They were so good that I plan to work with them again for an install in another property and recommended them to our neighbors, who also sing SolTerra’s praises!

Although I did not select Solterra as my solar contractor, I felt that they deserved an excellent review due to the time and quality customer service they provided me. They helped put my many bids into context and educated me about the products being offered. Ultimately, my distance from Seattle made their bid uncompetitive due to drive time. But they were up front about this and even provided a hypothetical cost estimate if my project was local so that I could evaluate my other bids. Excellent customer service from this company.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Solterra for the installation of 32 solar panels, two batteries and upgrading our electric panel at our home in Redmond, WA. Their service was exceptional thanks to the outstanding efforts of two individuals in particular: Service Manager and Project Coordinator Paige, and Electrician Tim. Solterra’s initial explanation and subsequent installation of the panels was painless and their team was great. We got quotes from other companies but went with them as their approach is professional, clear and they were up front about when they might be able to start work (good solar installers are backed-up). They quoted a start date in April but were able to start in February. We had major problems with PSE who delayed our project considerably despite Paige personally chasing them (sometimes daily) to get our project back on schedule, which was truly appreciated. Tim's expertise and dedication to our project was also clear. Our solar system went live in July and we’re now having fun tracking our production online with the Enphase app. In conclusion, our experience with Solterra has been outstanding and we highly recommend them to anyone considering the installation of solar panels.

They installed our system ahead of schedule, in 1 less day than expected. There were no permitting or inspection issues, the inspector even had some positive comments about the installation of a cutoff breaker next to the car charger not just inside at the main panel. PSE was even quick to approve us to power on. The whole process from start to finish was only a few weeks. Better than the horror stories I had heard from neighbors. It's been 1 full year since power on and we are pleased. We have had no issues. We are above our production expectations and above our offset target. I rate them 5 stars for communication, ease of installation, price to performance, they quoted me systems within my stated budget, they were on time and a little ahead, and they hit production and offset targets.

Working with SolTerra was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed working with Kevin C. who designed the system. He explained other options with higher output panels and future expansion. My questions and concerns were answered quickly and office personnel were a joy to speak with. The installation is very neat and clean and everything looks great. We had a system installed on our roof with batteries and monitoring as well. The installation went very smoothly and they explained everything they were doing. Very helpful advice and clearly they knew what they were talking about. Colin, our design consultant, was great helping us plan the system and walking us through the care and monitoring after. Aaron was the electrician and really explained what they were doing and how we can use the system. Great service and work all around

From meeting Solterra/Colin at the Home Show in Seattle until the day we started to produce our own solar energy we have been treated with respect and felt cared for all the way. It is a long process, but never overwhelming and today we are very happy that we chose to go solar with Solterra. I did my own research online and by interviewing neighbors with solar, I learned a lot from this. With that knowledge I was able to weed out the bad from the good and this is how we ended up using Solterra, no regrets. Good luck with your own solar project, you will not regret it.

I had an excellent experience with Solterra. Jessa, Neil,& Kathy were very patient with my endless questions, very thorough when i needed info& proactive with the paperwork. The installation crew was quick& professional I cant say enough good things about Tim & Mason for taking care of an emergent (& potentially catastrophic) issue uncovered in my house wiring unrelated to the solar project. They had everything taken care of very quickly I have repeatedly recommended Solterra & continue to do so
