Absolutely wonderful for cleaning and alterations! Have used them for years. They’ve handled leather and delicate embellishments without issue, and alter dresses, trousers, anything perfectly. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and polite. Highly recommend!
I have used Ray's Custom Cleaners for tailoring and dry cleaning, and they are the best! I do not trust anyone else with my clothes. I’ve had several pants hemmed and a suit altered, and they did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend them!
I can't actually speak to how well they clean or preserve garments because I couldn't even make it that far. I had a wedding gown that needed cleaned and preserved. I called ahead to confirm the service and receive a quote. I confirmed that I would be able to drop it off. I drove an hour there to be told they wouldn't take it. Needless to say, I won't be coming back. Save your gas money and go somewhere that won't waste your time, money, and energy.
Patricia saved the day for me and a big wedding I have tonight by altering something super quickly and it was perfect! She’s was beyond efficient and kind. Must use her and Ray’s for all of your tailoring needs!
Patricia and Rosy are fantastic. They are so helpful and quick, and had 2 black tie dresses fitting perfectly in no time. Not to mention Patricia is the sweetest woman ever. Highly recommend the sisters at Rays Alterations!
I've used Ray's three separate times and had excellent experiences. The wonderful tailors have put in a rush order for me with no questions asked and smiles on their faces, and it was a very affordable rush order as well! I've had both dresses and pants altered there due to a short stature. The hems are always clean and exactly what I imagined.
The ladies in the alterations area did an amazing job alterating my dress. It was a backless dress that required multiple alterations (lower back, around the legs and length wise). It was the perfect fit and I recieved many compliments at a friends wedding. It was pricey, but well worth the price. Thank you Ladies!
This is absolutely the best alterations shop in Fort Worth. I have had the best experience here. The friendliness of the staff and quality of alterations is unmatched. Prices are good. I highly recommend coming here! I’m a lifetime customer.
I am so pleased with my alterations! I have taken the garment to several different places and no one could get it done. But Ray’s Alterations took the garment and promised it would be ready in a week! It was! It fit to a tee! I will definitely be doing more business with them and you should too!!!
