I was in a spot. I came in on a Tuesday to get some alterations for a party on Friday (somebodies waist got bigger!). I paid a fee to have the alterations expedited and picked them up on Friday around noon. Alterations were perfect! Thank you ladies!
I've used Ray's for years for all my dry cleaning and alterations. They always do what they say they're going to do and the customer service is far superior than any dry cleaners I've ever used. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my needs. I've also referred several friends and co-workers who continue to trade with Ray's. Keep up the good work!
The wonderful ladies in alterations worked wonders! They did an excellent job on my formal dress, and were able to work on a quick timeline! I cannot recommend them enough, I am truly grateful!

I have used Ray's Custom Cleaners for all of my dry-cleaning and laundry needs for the past 23 years. Their attention to detail for all of our cleaning needs is outstanding. The customer service is amazing as well. I am always greeted with a smiling face and I am in and out in a flash. The front counter help always knows who I am, and oftentimes has my cleaning already being gathered before I even walk into the store. Their superb quality of care of my family's garments, and their excellent customer service has found a customer for life. Job well done Ray's!
Be forewarned; extremely pricy. I dropped off 11 items, I was referred to them and I didn't think to ask pricing based on my experience with drycleaners, never have I paid $150 for 11 pieces. My mistake, my fault. My total for 11 pieces was $146.79!! The explanation when I picked up, was they charge by material, length, color and care needed, and more. I could have bought these 11 items 3 times over for $147!! The cleaning quality was fine, all black items, but they didn't lint brush any of it. Sadly, I won't be returning.

I have been a customer at Ray's since 1987. Their customer service is unmatched by anyone. Their cleaning services are the best there is. They have always cleaned to perfection whatever I have brought to them. When I have a special request, it's taken care of, no questions asked, no problems. My clothes always look new after they clean them. Perfect !!! I recommend Ray's to everyone.
Their alteration staff is amazing! They are fast and detailed. They make you feel comfortable and assured. I highly recommend because they make the impossible, possible!
