My fiancé and I come here all the time for alterations and dry cleaning! They get your alterations done in a timely manner and the people here are the nicest!! We love Ray’s!!
The ladies in the alterations department were very sweet and helpful. They did a phenomenal job on my tux jacket and pants alterations. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Never had a bad experience here. Service is speedy and efficient, and the alterations team has always done a fantastic job with my tailoring needs. Can’t recommend this place enough!
Went to get a zipper repaired, they stated they will try to fix it or they can install velcro and I was ok with that. Let number for them to follow up. NEVER got a call back so I called to get an update and they told me it was finished. I go to pick it up expecting one of both, to my surprise all they did was sew it shut!
Staff was rude and unprofessional. I brought a blazer that had an expo marker stain on it. I began to tell the lady at the front that there was a stain, but before I could finish my statement, she rudely interrupted me and said they can't guarantee all stain removals. Which would be fine, had she not interrupted me while I was speaking. But I disregarded it, because I figured as long as the stain was removed, all would be well. Come the day of the pick up, I go in and am greeted by the same woman who "helped" me before. She barely said anything to me this time around. Because I'm in a rush, I don't check that the stain is gone until I get home. Lo and behold, the stain (which a quick google search tells me is removable) is still there. It doesn't even look like they tried to get it out!! Of course, because it's been dry cleaned, the stain has set and is unremovable. What a waste of money! Overall, I would NOT recommend this business. You're better off going elsewhere.
Unfortunately I have to give this cleaners a sub par rating. This was my very first and last time using this cleaners. I came in to have an item cleaned and the sticker that is placed on the garment to identify it somehow welded itself to the garment and I couldn't get it off on my own. Additionally the sticker marked the garment with residue that I couldn't get out either. I had to bring it back up to Ray's in order to have them remove it. Upon bringing it back up there I was not greeted or even kindly welcomed. The garment was just taken from me to the back and it just felt like I was at fault for bringing it back in the first place! I was told it would be ready on Monday afternoon by a gentleman, and when I came back on that Monday, it was not ready. I was told to come back after 5 and it would be ready for pickup, to which I came back at 5:30 and the item was still not ready. I wrote an email to the business owner/manager saying how disappointed I was with my particular service especially seeing others come and go kindly greeted and quickly attended to with their garments. I received no response to my email. Finally the garment was ready for pick up Tuesday after 5, to which I had my husband pick it up because I just could not deal with the rudeness of this establishment. The garment looked 100% perfect, however, because of the poor treatment both he and I received, I cannot give them a higher rating than a one star.
Most unprofessional dry cleaning job I’ve experienced in a long time. Three shirts and one pair of pants cost over $38. The shirts were supposed to be pressed with medium starch. Not one shirt had any creases from being pressed, and I had to iron everything when I got it home. I do not recommend using Rays Dry Cleaning.
This is where I take all my clothes to be cleaned and altered. The seamstresses are amazing and their work is flawless every time. I get asked all the time where I get my shirts from because they look so good and its because the quality of the work at Rays.
Ray's was recommended by a friend. I've been using them for a few months now. Great customer service! It is not close to me but I'm willing to make the drive because of how impressed I've been with their services.
They are an amazing place ! I recommend anyone that needs any last minute alterations done to come here! I’ll definitely be coming back!
