If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! My husband brought my wedding dress here after taking it to 3 other places and all practically refusing service to clean because of the stains. These ladies at Ray's had absolutely no issue taking in the dress and guaranteed they would get the stains out. The stains were from alcohol, 4 years old and the dress is silk! They made the dress look perfect and took very good care of it! Without a doubt will use them again!!!
Recommend all military personnel to get their uniforms dry cleaned here! Dusty provided excellent customer service and this business 100% supports our troops. Great experience here and will be coming back again!
If you need fast, excellent service for alterations this is your place. Staff is super friendly & very knowledgeable. I had my daughters cheer uniforms altered here & will make the extra drive from Aledo to all future alteration needs.
Picked up my bridal dress and it over exceeded my expectations! Patricia did some alterations on my wedding dress and did such a great job. Great customer service. She listened and did exactly what I asked. Love love my dress!
The tailor is awesome, she was able to tailor my husband’s tuxedo sleeves same day! They charge a small fee for rush orders but pricing is still very reasonable and worth it! Highly recommend.
Last yr for a wedding I received my dress 1.5 days before having to fly for the wedding and it needed alterations. I found Ray’s and Patricia came through for me in the clutch. Quick turnaround and was so kind and honest about what she could do. Everyone one at the wedding gave so many compliments on the dress! Because of their honesty, thoroughness, kindness and of course skill, I came back with jeans for alterations. I always have trouble with the fit of jeans and alterations are always necessary so for now on I’ll be coming to Patricia, Rosie, and team for all alterations!! Highly recommend!
Ray’s is the best around! They helped us a lot with a wardrobe emergency for a work uniform and squeezed the alterations in during the holidays and we couldn’t be more grateful. they always have our dry cleaning done in a timely manner and do great work! they also support law enforcement!! would definitely recommend them!
A big Thank You to Patricia in the alterations department. I needed to have a bridesmaid dress altered, and she did an EXCELLENT job! It fits like a glove. I really appreciated the quick turn around time, too. It only took 2 weeks, and I was expecting it to take longer. Patricia did excellent work and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Ray's for alterations.
Too often took my clothes for dry cleaning to find them still dirty and not smelling good when I picked them up.
Unprofessional. Did not discuss pricing with my wife before even starting any of the work. Did the work FIVE DAYS LATE, Overpriced, Charged me for dry cleaning that I didn't ask for (went for alterations), and then tried to make me happy by saying they would take the "dry cleaning fee" off... I NEVER ASKED FOR THAT. I was upset and left and asked for a call the following day. Set a time aside during my lunch time to speak with her and they never even called. They are expensive jeans so maybe they thought I would just pay whatever and get away with it. But it's been over two weeks and they haven't reached out. guess they don't care. DONATE MY JEANS I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU. I understand I'm not your fancy customer. but it doesn't mean you can't respect my time. There are too many alterations places for you to treat customers however you want. Do not call me.
